A fun dessert spot with good milkshakes, plenty of flavor options, and a nice selection of other sweets. The staff were especially friendly and happy to let us sample a few things before deciding, which made the experience better.

My daughter was asking for chocolate ice cream. We went to the MilkShake Factory to get some. We didn't see chocolate ice cream listed as a flavor but we asked if they had any. They mentioned they were in the process of developing a new chocolate flavor and it would be ready the next day. When we said we would come back another time, they gave us a scoop of the new chocolate flavor on the house for our daughter. While she wouldn't let us try any, it looked great so head...
