Cute little place to stop in. First time here. Found it after dropping our pups at the groomers . They definitely have a neighborhood feel. The barista knew customers by name and knew their orders. Tiny inside, so don't plan to sit or stay. Coffee was good, not very hot though which was strange. I'd go back, but would definitely specify I would like HOT coffee.

Really enjoyed the service and the appearance was warm and inviting. Great amount of merchandise, from ground beans to shirts and totes. The outdoor bench and table is very relaxing and a great way enjoy the surroundings or catch up on a book.

Overestimated. Why can't you make HOT coffee and tea? Because you advertize as hot but it is piss warm at best. I get coffee from you very often due to proximity but today I have to say you suck. Where I come from when you sell large tea it means two tea bags on that water quantity. And it is hot. One just makes the tea a cup of colored water. Happy to be moving out to an area with more coffee options cause you suck.

Found Modcup on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. I got a honey cinnamon oat milk latte-it was made perfectly. As a coffee hobbyist, I have to say that this was one of the smoothest espresso I’ve had in a long while. I even picked up some beans to bring home to my machine.

Great drip, cold brew coffee, and vibes. They have great bites as well, my fav is the ham and cheese croissant and the blueberry muffin. Location is perfect as well, I like to grab my coffee and walk to the nyc skyline across the park.

I’ve been in 8 different countries, 4 different continents, almost all of over the United States! This place has the most amazing coffee I’ve ever tasted. Definitely will be coming back here whenever I stop by here, definitely would go out my way to get here and I live about 30 minutes from this location so yea, it’s great!

Wow! The counter service was friendly and helpful in choosing a whole bean for at home. We also tried a can of the Striped Bourbon experimental roast, and it's phenomenal!
