I tried the ice drip for the first time on this visit. It was delicious! I really noticed the peach flavor tones. The individual who took my order suggested the coconut caramel ganache bite. It paired beautifully. It was perfect for my 3pm pick up!
As a beginner in the coffee realm I had no idea what to expect when I drove 40min to go to modcup. I was blown away by the complex coffee. The barista was also so nice and helpful in finding a good coffee for my moka pot, and grinded it to a good size. Great place, definitely give it a try.
The drinks are excellent - the espresso is very smooth and lacks that bitter flavor that a lot of bigger places have. The folks working there have all been very kind and friendly. I need to swing by earlier so I can actually hang out here. One critique I have is that you seem to be a queer-friendly establishment - please work on pronouns and don't assume nonbinary/gender bending folks prefer to be addressed as ma'am. No offense - that just isn't my preference.
