This store always has excellent service. Annabelle was my server this visit and she was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Fantastic food too.

I have read all kinds of comments about Panda Express, I always go to the one in Newport Mall and I have never had a bad experience. The shrimp are indeed priced extra at $1.50 as are a couple of other proteins. The food may be expensive but it tastes good. I ordered a plate with chow mein plus walnut shrimp, sesame chicken and orange chicken, I like this combination and it makes me happy. Everything tastes very good, I think it depends on the place you go although it shouldn't be like that, in any panda the food should have the same flavor. I applied a 20% discount because I subscribed to their notifications and ended up paying $11 for this dish.

Just want to share that Ralph prepares the Kung Pao perfectly at this location. It’s very flavorful and with just enough spice. I find myself checking to see if Ralph is on shift just to make sure it comes out right.

I'm never going back to that establishment and it's a shame because my late mom and I used to go there often. The quality of food went downhill like what happened? I was served cold fried rice the fried rice was hard and there was lumps of rice that was mixed in. I think the fried rice was from the previous day, they just reheated it and put it back out there. I also had the mushroom chicken... that was terrible I couldn't finished my meal it was that nasty. Come on I expect to get better food that's tasty and well cooked for the 13 bucks I spend there. Never going back there.
