This is new review, no option to leave another second separately. So I am writing in previous same review from previous review. This time , there was a issue with the perticular item being stale or old and it was not edible and approached to the main company customer service email, they have said they created a customer ticket but after few days passed nothing happened. I know there is another restaurant that gives me reply with in 24 to 48 hours with best solution customer friendly for compensation for the bad food.
Food is good, but This place you have to remember when they pack your order they will not tell you but you have to ask for more meat like I had steak and shrimp side where the Chinese guy only put 1 shrimp and just little more steak maybe they want to stretch the only they have little bit remaining in the kitchen all the way to closing time so when I asked about it the Neil indian guy go there to put more but Chinese guy says something in his ear and indian guy comes back and says it is already there 3 shrimp and 6 steak but I know it was not there anyone who has eyes are not blind what they are doing trying to tell the lie that there are 3 shrimp and 6 steak and I didn't want to ask anymore as I know they will reply same and trying to avoid me to show the other customers are waiting they also show stop it is your loss not ours so leave whatever they take take until they get treated the same way. The energy is very hostile if you really observe they try to bury under the carpet as if nothing is happening. So make sure Neil indian guy looks to me the manager of the store if not he could be owner but he is doing this kind of stuff is very sad and not insightful. At the counter lady is more worried about 10 cent brown or paper bags than customers concerns.

I got a couple of plates here recently. I’ve had Panda Express food in a lot of places in the US and I’ve always liked them for their consistency in their taste. Unfortunately, this place doesn’t adhere to that. Terrible taste, food is not fresh at all. There are hardly any people at the place and it needs to be shut down for sure! Definitely hurting this brand!

I placed my order through the app and it was ready on time. The broccoli beef and noodles were great. Kung Pao chicken was waaaay too spicy. The meal plate wasn’t properly closed and the food was messily thrown together, but I was hungry and it filled my craving.

Never had a bad experience here and I've come plenty of times over several months. The guy behind the counter even told me when the next batch was ready because I was waiting there for it. They don't ask you to tip when you pay at the counter. Affordable and I can eat enough to feel full. No complaints.

I wouldn't recommend ordering on the app for pickup. I ordered online and went to pickup my order on the time the app said it would be ready for pickup. I waited there for almost 20 mins just for them to acknowledge me and give me my order which was ready for pickup way before I got there. They prioritize people who are there to order and dine in person so I would recommend ordering in person for faster service. All in all, staff is very terrible when it comes to service and the food isn't as great as it used to be. Honey Walnut shrimp tastes different each week which is concerning.

The worst Panda Express I’ve ever had in my 30 years lol. Food was very dry. Kung pao chicken serving had very few pieces of meat. Orange chicken was just breading - barely any meat inside. Crab Rangoon and egg roll were traaaaaash. Everything was so old and stale. I’ve never been to a Panda Express where they give you such little serving size. Combining both plates probably would have given me the one “normal” plate I’m used to!

Always the long queue. You gotta wait 15mins to get your meal but it’s worth the wait. Loved their 3 entrée with choice of rice/ noodles. I always prefer taking both with teriyaki chicken, orange chicken and pepper chicken. Always a great portion of meal in just 14$. I never finish it in one go. Sometimes the chicken isn’t fresh so I wait for the fresh batch to order. Also the spring roll and shrimp are my favorite sides.
