Fries had a small bit of spice and were crunchy. The wings were large, which always leaves me wondering how they were grown. They were breaded and had a wonderful sweet and mildly spicy flavor. I enjoyed them, but had they not been so breaded or as large, they would've been better.Chicken wings were coated in a spicy sriracha sauce, quesadillas were made with Chinese scallion pancakes (instead of tortillas)

It's so hard to say goodbye...Another inventive Filipino inspired fusion place closing in Downtown JC. Love coming here for the $5 frose with the million dollar view, but too many restaurants in Harborside focus on views first. This place also kicks butt on the food that's unique, tasty and well priced. Chinese scallion pancakes fused with cheese is a quesadilla (of course that combo would taste amazing). Visited Piggyback bar for lunch. The service was great, as the bartender was tasked with holding down the entire restaurant and did so with efficiency and grace. We ordered kale salad, fries, and Korean honey wings. Everything was so flavorful. The kale salad had oranges and the appropriate amount of dressing that didn't drown the kale, but covered it sufficiently enough to cancel the bitterness of kale.
