My partner and I were so excited to try this place after reading all the amazing reviews and we were beyond disappointed.
To start the wait time was very long, normally I don’t care about the wait time because it lets you have conversation with the person/people you come with but it kind of annoyed me that the party that came in 15 mins after us were served first just because they were regulars (when they came in I saw them hugging the staff.)
We got an order of the kimchi, it tasted fine but you got maybe 3 ounces of kimchi and the cost was $7!?!?
My partner got the Thai fried rice and added lemon chicken, the chicken tasted good however the rice was not good at all, you couldn’t even taste the basil and it just lacked flavor overall.
I got the ramen, the presentation was beautiful (see picture attached) but it was sadly one of the worse ramens I’ve ever had in my life, the eggs were extremely cold (seems like they pre make them then refrigerate them and just put them in when they’re ordered.) and the broth tasted like warm bath water.
Again we were expecting much better tasting food not only for the price of almost $100 for two entrees and a shot of kimchi, but based off the reviews as well.
Extremely disappointing 3

Overall great food. Very tasty flavor my only complaint was the chicken was very low quality and tasted like rubber
The FOOD WAS 10/10. Loved everything especially the Organic mushroom dumplings and the mushrrom udon noodles. The chilly oil was something else. If I could bottle it up and take it home i would. The homemade blueberry iced tea was delicious as well and a great drink to complement the food. Will definitely return for more.

Pinwheel Garden is one of my favorite restaurants on the planet. The quality is unmatched—every single thing on the menu is fantastic and perfect every time. The atmosphere is so cozy and beautiful, and I love how it feels perfectly situated in the neighborhood, like it’s exactly where it’s supposed to be. It’s the kind of place that’s as well-suited for special occasions as it is for a regular weeknight.

Amazing hidden gem! I happened upon this restaurant while searching Google for somewhere to eat. The menu looked great and the reviews were awesome.
We decided to give it a try and we are so glad we did!! We ordered the Thai Chicken Dumplings along with the Mac & Cheese Dumplings, both were delicious, but the Thai chicken were our favorite! For our main dishes we ordered the Korean BBQ Short Rib Rice bowl and the Bourbon Bacon Drunken Udon both were amazing!
So glad we decided to give this restaurant a try and can’t wait to eat here again!!

Place is cute but the food is so overpriced, I got 4 dishes- the curry (1 with udon, 1 with rice), the mushroom dish (forgot what it was called), and the beef bulgogi. For 4 dishes, the total was around $100, the portions were okay, not too big or small but definitely not worth $100.

The food is good but very expensive for a small place in NJ. I would go back if the prices be more fair.

Was really busy and not very much space. Food was great! Lots of vegan options and fantastic caramel pudding desert. I ordered the mushroom upon which was very tasty and had a big portion size.
