Waiting times are long! I ordered on GrubHub; even when I got the order at the estimated time, there was a 45 minute wait. The next day I had a stomach ache. I ordered a paneer tikka pizza :(

Very odd experience. I came in and asked about the 2 slice deal posted by the front door and the worker seemed confused and annoyed that I would order it instead of a whole pizza. She went back to speak to what I assume was the manager and they spent 5 mins going back and forth in another language while I stood at the cash register awkwardly. She eventually came back and took my order and 5 mins later I’m presented with what very obviously looks like 2 slices of a tiny pizza microwave pizza (looked nothing at all like any other pizza they sell) I was in shock but not a confrontational person so I didn’t say anything and it was only like $6 so I didn’t bother. I just took a few bites and threw it away and left. I still think about this experience every so often and am more bewildered than anything else.

I’ve only been here twice and both times, I was on my 30 minute break from work and I left with only a minute or so left due to them taking so long making the food. I’ll be the only one in the restaurant and they take over 20 minutes making one item. Please work on the time making the food because not everyone has all day to wait for one thing.

Horrible pizza, undercooked, all the pizza have the same sauce even if they say tikka sauce or curry sauce! Server didn’t listen to the order first and then made another one in 5 minutes. Not cooked at all!

The staff has a problem comprehending basic instructions. Asked for a spicy pizza but got this mild tasteless garbage. When I called the store, the manager made all kinds of excuses and provided no resolution. If you do pick up an order from here, make sure you taste it then and there.

The vegan pizza is good but the service/wait times here have always been subpar at best. Also, when checking out to pay, the screen automatically deferred to payment with "tip" included. This is a scam. There is almost no reason to offer a tip to someone who simply works at the front counter unless their service is extraordinary - but even so, the way they do it is extremely sneaky. If you don't pay attention you will pay an extra 20% or 25% for literally nothing. Either the workers are trying to rip people off or the business owners are. Please stop this unethical practice or risk being reported to the BBB

Dirty, Unhygienic establishment. The night shift is very rude and they have roaches. I saw a worker picking up the floor Mats with what appears to be the same gloves that he used to make pizza with. Take your money elsewhere

Tried Paneer pizza twist. It was pretty average. While ordering, We requested them to replace mushrooms with some other veg toppings. They refused.

Very bad experience with tasteless pizza. Ordered panneer pizza. Whole panneer filled with onions and chilly powder, its very difficult to find even few panneer pieces until and unless without throwing onions away to trash. Taste is zero.
