Owner / Operator was extremely rude. I stood there and requested a margarita once and he barked back at me saying can you wait? we’re doing something, so we can do our jobs we’re not on our phones (they were adjusting their tent outside the truck)..there was no one ahead of me, there were customers eating right there. If he had told me politely, I’ll be with you in 2 mins that would have been ok. The other customer behind me was shocked and spoke up saying what did he say! I’d you have such a poor attitude, you shouldn’t be in the food service business.
Imagine how he must behave at parties he’s hired to cater? Look at the other reviews there’s a common theme

I actually love their pizza, but it's impossible to find the truck. Sometimes they are in Hoboken, sometimes at Exchange place, sometimes somewhere else completely. You never know where!!! And you have no way to find out! Their website doesn't have any info, the restaurant doesn't have a clue, and they don't respond on Instagram! I'm trying to give you my business, it shouldn't be this difficult to find you. I drove all the way to Hoboken today looking for the truck, but no luck, I give up! Also, the guy that usually works there seems like he hates his job and seems annoyed at the world.

Dumbfounded by the negative reviews. Rocco and his team provided an outstanding pizza truck experience for my corporate event. The pizza was delicious and his team was professional and friendly. But, what impressed me most was the fact that the owner himself arrived to set-up and work service with his team. Thanks for a seamless experience from planning to execution. You guys killed it!
We booked Pizza Vita Truck for our kids college grad party. The pizza was AMAZING. They were made to order and were ready in under two minutes. We had over 60 guests and everyone raved about the pizza and the friendly guys firing them up. Thanks again for excellent service and delicious pies.

Pizza brick oven food truck, we had a drunken grandma pie. It was actually very tasty. My only complaint was that the meatballs on the pie were thicker than the pie crust as a foodie, I say, make those meatball slices thinner, n you have a supreme pizza pie....
Pizza Vita was the perfect touch for our NYC wedding! Despite the pouring rain on our wedding day, the team stuck it out and provided the best customer service at our event. Our guests loved the special touch (including the custom pizza boxes we ordered that the PV team kindly used) and it couldn't have been an easier process and totally stress-free!
