I don’t usually write reviews but The guy making pizza is not at all good with people and customer service. He is probably the owner . He is rude and impatient with customers. The pizza is so thin like paper not worth the high price. Had a stomach upset all day. I wanted to try today so that i could place a large order for a company party. But after today’s experience not going back !!

The pizza from here is amazing!

I got the Masala Street Corn one, and it is so delicious. The crust is the perfect thickness, and the toppings are plentiful.

They have garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and a variety of other spices that you can add to the top of your pizza yourself.

Hands down the best thing crust pizza I ever had in jersey....I ordered truffle mushroom which is so good than I expected...koshik and the other staff are very friendly and took their time to explain a bunch of options in different categories....if u want to try thin crust pizzas in NJ I would recommend to try this place...trust me u won't regret..

Yesterday, I went to Pizza Studio and found their staff to be friendly, helpful, and explained things clearly

Yesterday, I witnessed a lady who was extremely rude to both the staff and the cashier. She shouted at the cashier loudly without a reason, and the staff was polite, but the lady was losing her mind. I think she gave the bed review.
Kudos to the staff who handle very well. I hope the owners are proud of their staff and don't bother that kind of customer. Pizza Studio in Newport Mall has the best customer service, and they start with a respectful greeting that is not seen anywhere else in the food court. I appreciate the great pizza they serve.

Terrible experience at Pizza Studio — my first visit and definitely my last. The cashier or manager was extremely rude no suggestions or help at all.

He was so loud and dismissive that I left without even getting a pizza — just because of his behavior. He badly needs customer service training on how to talk to people and suggest solutions instead of turning them away.

Very disappointing. Not coming back and definitely won’t recommend Pizza Studio to anyone.

In New Jersey if you want to try authentic Italian thin crust Pizza base like Neapolitan pizza-Compania.....visit none other than Pizza Studio. This is our go to place whenever we crave for Italian-Indian fusion🤤😋 (pizza with Indian sauces and toppings) Shaishav and Team are always warm, welcoming and informative. Kudos to PS for their awesome creativity👌🏻✌🏻🙌🏻

The manager is so rude, he literally yells at you in the face and doesn’t take your order when given he asked me to come inside and make pizza myself if I want to eat it
