Use Popeyes delivery service The delivery man did not deliver. My food reported it as delivered now it been three days and I’m still trying to get my money back from Popeyes. Send them a text message between me delivery driver and they still have a refund me my money.

I understand the purpose of fast food is for convenience and I very rarely complain of service/food when it comes to fast food however this Popeyes has consistently messed up my orders. I gave them 2 stars solely because I still enjoy the food, however, with my last order of 4 items, they managed to give me the wrong drink, zero sauces (one that I paid extra for), and the extra biscuit requested and paid for. Of the 4 items, 3 items were incorrect or not there. If you are choosing to eat at this location, I recommend only for dine in or for drive through with a thorough check of the items before leaving.

The woman at the register just COULD NOT comprehend my order. I even pulled out my phone at one point to show her the online advertisement clearly explaining what I wanted. She still couldn't understand. Why own a franchise if you can't sell the products correctly?

I never have high expectations for customer service at Popeyes or any fast food for that matter, I just wanna grab my food and leave, and I tolerated their bad attitude cuz this Popeyes is so close by and the food hits, but tonight the big dude standing the register -6/26 9 pm, was straight up verbally assaulting everyone over small stuff like asking for napkins?! Who hires people like this? :/ if you can't control your temper maybe work in the back dude. Anyways, unless you wanna be treated like sht, I don't think the food is worth it here.

Service is fast and food is fresh, nice and hot. I am just disappointed that they no longer have corn.Dietary restrictions: I had a combo 2 piece, cole slaw and drink and my companion had a combo too with mashed potatoe. Then iGot back up and bought fryers to go for s friend.
