I understand the purpose of fast food is for convenience and I very rarely complain of service/food when it comes to fast food however this Popeyes has consistently messed up my orders. I gave them 2 stars solely because I still enjoy the food, however, with my last order of 4 items, they managed to give me the wrong drink, zero sauces (one that I paid extra for), and the extra biscuit requested and paid for. The woman at the register just COULD NOT comprehend my order. I even pulled out my phone at one point to show her the online advertisement clearly explaining what I wanted. She still couldn't understand. Why own a franchise if you can't sell the products correctly?

I am not very impressed with this company I have had so many bad experiences it's not. Example of one of the locations in Manhattan I literally saw a roach crawling on the wall.
