Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I purchased fries from here and they were so oily and soggy that it soaked through the bag. So I asked for a second fry. Again; just as oily and soggy. I go back a third time and the girl mumbles under her breath so I just ask for my money back. They tell me no they don’t offer refunds. I ask for the “manager” she says the same thing. They say they can only offer me food. They’re very rude and obvious thieves thinking they can offer you disgusting food and then say they don’t offer refunds. That policy isn’t posted and it’s NOT on the receipt. Disgusting food and service and they’ll steal your money. Do not give this location a cent because if you’re unhappy with your greasy soggy food they’ll steal your money. Corporate would love to know about their trash business practices at this location.

(Cityline Bayonne NJ) Worst service ever.. I understand that you may not like your position, but im not to blame... I've worked at target while obtaining a master's degree.. I didn't take that situation out on the experience of the people that purchase at the establishment...

No wonder why this place keeps getting bad reviews. Worst customer service ever, the manager (koko) or (CoCo) is not what you want in your business. Very very … rude. I placed an order and all I got is leftover burnt dry chicken as shown in the pictures provided. She didn’t even offer anything replacement or an apology. She didn’t even care. She said that’s what you get when you order spicy chicken, don’t order spicy anymore. After all that she wanted to charge me for a sauce after paying more than $30. Well good luck and I will make sure I get money back because that’s not edible

Service was terrible. Food is lackluster and extremely greasy. Spend your money elsewhere. Rude staff and extremely slow. If you speak something other than Spanish you may have difficulty conversing with the staff as they rarely speak/understand English. Won't be going back

I mean, it’s Popeyes! Sweet people working a tough job without much support. The space is big but most people seem to get takeout. I really only get the chicken tenders- sometimes the combo and sometimes just tenders but I have had the fried chicken sandwich and it’s been fab.

Very poor service, since when popeys chanrge for there sauces, I saw the Spanish lady giving out free sauce to another Spanish person for free, when i ask for sauce she said I have to pay for it. And I ask her you didn't tell the Spanish man that he has to pay for the sauce, but I do and there was people around hear what's going on, that's mess up that she did that never going back there..
