I don’t normally write reviews, but I had the most incredible experience eating at the Rooftop at Exchange Place. I am 20 years old and came without a reservation, and normally they would require that I sit at the bar, but because I was under 21, the hostess went out of her way to get me a table, which was absolutely perfect, with a direct view of One World Trade Center and the Lower Manhattan skyline. I ordered the flatbread, which was delicious, looked great, and served...
I had a great experience! My server Chris was very attentive, and provided great drink recommendations. Avy greeted me very kindly and made the experience especially great. Overall a pleasant experience!

I honestly found that policy pretty ridiculous since the view is the main reason many people come here.
