Love this spot for fresh baked goodies and sandwiches - we’ve been going here for 4 years now. I may be giving away a pro tip, but you can definitely order some breakfast sandwiches that are not on the menu. They bake their bread in house so everything is fresh and delicious. I also saw that they now accept card! They’ve also just added some new menu items - I tried the honey almond cheesecake cookie and it was really good.
I can’t believe I have been working in this area for so long and didn’t know about this place until now. Just my first visit, but I’m already looking forward to the next! Perfect!
world class JC institution and a bread-lover mecca. bread product is next level. sandwiches, cinnamon bread, standalone bread. all good. we try to come every few weeks. friendly owner.
i always reheat the bread when I come home. i don't know how he does it, but the bread still stays moist in the inside and crust gets light crispy on the outside (my guess they retain more moisture bc he uses a brick oven as opposed to an electric oven).
