South of the Clouds in Jersey City was honestly one of the most flavorful meals I’ve had in a while. Every dish came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor from the first bite. The truffle fried rice was rich and addictive without being overwhelming. The roasted chicken thigh was perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
