I usually enjoy Starbucks, but today’s experience was really disappointing. I ordered a Grande Coffee Frappuccino, and what I received looked completely wrong and almost expired. The drink was separated, watery at the bottom, and had an odd texture. Nothing like how a Frappuccino should look. It was made around 9:53 AM, and it honestly looked like it had been sitting out for hours. For the price, this is unacceptable. Please make sure your baristas double-check mobile orders and quality before handing them out. Unacceptable how I waited 15 minutes for this.

DO YOU EVEN IN YOUR WORST DREAMS CALL THIS COOKIE CRUMBLE ? IF YOU’RESO DAMMMMMMMM STINGY TO EVEN ADD SUFFICIENT INGREDIENTS TO A DRINK WHY DO YOU EVEN HAVE THE STORE IN THE FIRST PLACE ? PROBABLY THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS BECAUSE OF TOO MANY COMPLAINTS FEOM THIS STORE. I CALLED THEM TO MENTION INSTRUCTIONS TO WHICH THEY DID NOT PROVIDE OPTION ON THE APP. SOOOOOOOOOOO UNETHICAL. Toooooooooooo chilllly inside the store. The temperature dips, rains all day long, yet even upon request multiple times they do not turn on the heaters or make any adjustments. Can’t stay inside the store because of the extreme AC. And they never add much ingredients to drinks, making it absolutely meaningless to get the drink!!!!! Especially cookie crumbles in mocha. Absolutely no meaning to the cookie crumble mocha if you add least cookie to it.

They never get my order right and always have the audacity to act rude when I ask hey this doesn’t have lemonade or hey I asked for light ice and I always say I’m sorry (even though I ordered correctly). Many times I’ve paid extra for lemonade and they blatantly ignore it and give me regular acai refresher. Cannot count on one hand on how many times I’ve ordered light ice and give me regular ice. I started ordering 10-15 minutes ahead because I always know they’re going to give me regular ice and I’m letting it melt so then it’s not as much ice. It’s weaponized incompetence at this point.

Adrian and the team were really kind. They accidentally took my order for a Egg Pesto sandwich that was out of stock and since I had waited for a while for my food without knowing it wasn’t available .. they then offered a refund and made it up with a free sandwich!
Worst Starbucks ever. 4 people behind the counter, 1 person working the other 3 chatting. Within a week they managed to mess up my order 4 times.

One of the worst coffee and worst experience I had. I particularly told them no ice, he gave me with ice, for my boyfriend’s coffee we told him extra hot and sugar and whip cream, he just gave mocha with no whip cream and no sugar. Worst experience ever , morning coffee is very important and because of him our morning was spoiled.waste of money, time.
