My wife work at starbucks in new york she came to this store last week monday 02/24/2025 past 1pm to get her coffee markout and the register person says she can’t able to get her markout there only discount, she can only markout at her own store thats what they says. And the register person refused to markout my wife’s coffee markout, and i ask if i can able to speak your supervisor and he says the same thing that my wife can only markout at her own store, i ask how is that possible she just got her markout in this store last month. And the supervisor mocking us in front of the register saying i dont have time for this! very disrespectful!! Very poor service. All the staff and supervisor not aware with the starbucks policy. The register person and the supervisor no name tags. So even they are rude to their outside partner/customer, they wont get their names.

I would highly recommend Adrian, I believe he is newer at this location, to work with the barista trainer in their sequencing of beverages.

Working Hot and Cold bar solo is difficult, but sequencing should not be a consequence.

Admiring their work from the end of the bar, Adrian started the espresso of the latte, but didn’t start steaming the milk, before finishing the iced cold brew with milk on cold bar. While they finished the cold beverage and handed the beverage out, the espresso had finished its pour.
They then began to steam the milk, and then returned to finish a Frappuccino. They finished the Frappuccino before pouring the steamed milk into the espresso, long after the espresso had « died ». Their hand off was somewhat smooth, they started a second beverage on hot bar before placing the lid on the beverage and handing off.

Just work on sequencing and they’ll be a Coffee Master soon enough.

i usually get my drinks from here everyday and I’ve never once had a complaint about my drink being late or bad i’m usually extremely picky about my food and most people tend to get my order wrong but ive never had such complaints from this store. all these staff here is extremely friendly and service is extremely good!!

There was a bathroom for customers - they blocked it. There were chairs and seating - they put signs on them saying you can’t sit.

What’s next? Charge me $7 for a surgery coffee?

The service I just experienced from the cashier was horrible ! I’m there at 5:30 because I know I want breakfast before my train comes me and another man outside the guy orders his stuff he gets it right away I order one thing another person comes in he tell me I have to wait a few minutes like what ? If it’s a racist thing going on have a sign on the window ! Or if it’s a sexist thing have it on your name tag so I don’t order with you we all should be treated the same men and women white blacks Indians it shouldn’t be no mistreatment!

It's 54 degrees this morning and as soon as I walked into this Starbucks, it's as if I was still in the cold. They had the air conditioner on. When I asked one of the staff members, I was told that they were hot. It's usually a nice warm and cozy feeling, but not today. Also the music is way too loud that I can barely hear my coworker talk. I had an hour break and came with my coworker to have a grande log fog, lemon cake, apple croissant, and a small Chai. After today's experience, I rather go somewhere else where I could be comfortable.

SUPER FAST!!!!! This Starbucks has plenty stars behind the counter!!! Staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. I asked like 3 questions and all got answered very well!! I came around the morning rush and was out quick!!!
