Removing one star because I'm still prompted to tip at the counter. Have some shame. I have been to Panda Express on the top floor and they don't play such games, so I know you can perfectly turn that option off.

The baristas were courteous and efficient. I stopped by for a quick pick-me-up after a long work day, and they made my drink quickly - plus they found time to include a smiley face doodle on the cup. This location is probably one of the best mall Starbucks I’ve been to in a while.

Ridiculous staff. The lady along with July were so slow and started arguing for delayed regular brew coffee instead of apologizing. That’s not the way you treat customers

horrible staff, won’t even give a cup of water to delivery drivers. Everyone behind the counter is rude, doesn’t know the menu, and always in rush skip this trash

Coffee was ok but the service was awful. The baristas seemed more interested in talking to his friends behind the counter rather than doing their job. I ordered 2 coffee and the first one came out in 2 minutes and the other one I guess they forgot about it and my daughter had to ask for it after 12 minutes. 2 coffee for $15, the service should’ve been great for that amount of money. Dunkin’ Donuts here I come.

I wish I was able to give you a zero for your horrible customer service....... maybe it was the way I was dress...... but whatever, I just placed an order to get change back because my son wanted gum from a gumball machine..... they gave me back r0 cents in dimes when I asked for a quarter the said they couldn't because the register closed..... no problem but when your employee is mocking me because I couldn't get a quarter now that's disrespectful.......
All the ladies here work so hard and are so kind. Did a great job with my order. ❤️

Very inefficient, unfriendly and impatient staff here. I waited 20 minutes and when I finally got my coffee and asked for a small cup of ice, the staff said I have to wait in the line again. Will never come back again.

I frequently visit the starbucks location in the jersey city Newport mall. It's always so busy and understaffed, it takes forever to get a coffee. Why can't you staff properly for a high traffic location?
