Pathetic and the worst staff. They don't know their own menu. I ordered "white chocolate mocha". The lady kept asking me if I wanted espresso shot and I said I just wanted a regular white chocolate mocha and they give me " regular hot chocolate". I usually go to Starbucks at Grove street and hardly come here but they have pathetic service.

If I order a black Americano in store to drink right away do you think I want it hotter than lava? 5 minutes later without the cap and it’s still burning my tongue and I drink a lot of coffee. It’s like this stores manager doesn’t even drink coffee. Who serves drinks this hot?

Not the best Starbucks I've been to. It wasn't packed but the cashier messed up the holiday drink I ordered and I was given something completely the opposite. I don't know how you can mess that up. I left feeling unhappy with my visit to this Starbucks. The guy who made my drink made it right, but I didn't have the best or average experience on this visit. I also don't normally have this problem in other Starbucks locations.

Normally i don’t have this problem when i ask for light ice but today at this Starbucks i asked the girl to give me light ice because i don’t really like ice on my drink and mind you i paid 8 dollars and my whole cup was literally ice i took 3 sips and i was done with it and it was a venti drink

I’ve been here many times throughout the year as a commuter student but lately it seems like the customer service has gone especially downhill. The other day I ordered a venti Frappuccino drink, excited to try one of the holiday drinks of course with my added customizations only to see the barista roll her eyes at the notification of my mobile order and then once complete. It wasn’t even crazy it was just a milk replacement and added pumps of chestnut but she proceeded to make fun of the order with another customer “I’d never drink that, it looks like diabetes in a cup, if I saw that I’d run” right in front of my face. I felt so humiliated. I think she’s a new employee so of course I gave this place another chance, only to have to deal with a whole fiasco when it came to relocating my order, being told to call customer service for a refund at 8am (they don’t open till later) and to place a new order on my card. This place used to be way better and will probably be coming here less often now :(

A NYU professor does not need to have 3 people attending her! Left after waiting on line for 10 minutes.
Isabelle was an absolute gem! They were so friendly and warm to us during our visit. They were handing out lots of samples and they were so yummy, and they even asked for my input on the next one which was fun! The one I suggested was a paradise drink, and they added lavender powder which was delicious! 10/10 will order that again! I had a fantastic experience, and Isabelle really went above and beyond on customer connections! <3(ps, I’m using they/them as I’m not sure of Isabelle’s pronouns <3)
