We love going to Subia’s! We’ve been here a few times and it’ll probably be one of our weekend brunch go-to spots. Subia’s is definitely the best vegan brunch spot in New Jersey! The food is so delicious!! I love the triple decker sandwich and the blt with cheese sandwich. The breakfast wrap is also so flavourful.The staff are so friendly and nice, which makes for a great experience all around.I’m excited to try other menu items! They have a lot on their menu, more than I expected for a cafe, but everything we’ve tried so far has been great.Vegetarian options: Menu is all veganDietary restrictions: Gluten-free options

Subia’s was my go to restaurant when I worked in Jersey City. It was my shelter place because of the owners, Yvonne and Nilsa. These are the most beautiful people you will ever meet. Their loving attention to the customer translates to the food which is good for the body and soul. I recently returned there and they knew exactly what I would order, going back ten years! A magnificent painting of Our Lady of Guadalupe adorns a wall of this blessed place and I cannot adequately express how much Subia’s has touched my heart and soul with its light and love and yes, God’s holy presence. Experience it for yourselves.

I was satisfied AT FIRST , I’ve only ordered the chicken nugget platter. Wich for around $20 included about 20-25 chicken nuggets , a large handful of salad , about a large cup of brown rice needless to say very good portions.Today I decided to add to my platter order a side of chicken nuggets for my son , cost about $15I received 4 nuggets in a box with literally 1, yes, just ONE string of lettuce with 1 ONE leaf of baby spinach , I contacted the restaurant about this ridiculous pricing and portion and ultimately the lady on the other side of the phone told me“I don’t know what to tell you , those are the portions , I don’t make them I just work here”I don’t appreciate how I got spoken to regarding this issue since without me (the consumer) you wouldn’t have a business.Would never support this business again. And I’ll make sure none of my family and friends do so either. You don’t deserve to be in business with such a reply from your staff. And much less charging ppl $15 for 4 nuggets and a string of lettuce but for $20 you get a platter with over 20 pieces of nuggets , rice and salad.

The food is quite good and I love having a vegan place nearby for takeout, but I’ve honestly stopped going here because the prices went too high up and the sides got downgraded on some stuff. One thing i used to get used to come with chips and then switched to a tiny portion of pasta salad. But as a vegetarian, this is the best veggie Ruben I’ve had

Delicious food from delightful people with a quiet, cozy atmosphere. We got better service than from most waiters at full service restaurants. The food is so flavorful, but not overwhelmingly salty. Nothing was dry, either, everything was fresh and moist.I also had no problem getting a table and an outlet on a Saturday afternoon, even when nearby cafés were packed.
