I’ve ordered from this Subway location many times, and unfortunately the service has been consistently disappointing. We recently ordered five Veggie Delight footlongs and selected the option for all sauces, but the sandwiches were prepared without following those instructions. This isn’t the first time. it has happened more than ten times now. When we called the store to address the issue, the employee was unprofessional and rude, asking us to come to the store and show them the problem instead of simply helping us. Their customer service skills are seriously lacking, and the attitude we received was unacceptable. I would not recommend visiting this Subway location. For better service and a proper experience, it’s best to choose another nearby Subway.

I ordered a tuna footlong sub via DoorDash and received a sub with no tuna and just the vegetables. I’m not sure how you can miss adding the main ingredient to the sandwich. I can’t say I’m too surprised given the current generation. I’m glad I cook most of the time. Please read the food slip and double check orders. Indians started chess so it shouldn’t be too hard to make a sandwich. I won’t be ordering from this location again 🤦

I ordered garlic chicken sub with 3 sauce but they only put 2 in it the main sauce they missed was creamy sriracha now the sub taste really really bad i can’t even eat it

We had a really great experience at this store The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and they made my sandwich just the way I like it. The restaurant was clean and had a nice, comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the meal. We ordered the beast and garlic roast beef sandwich and it was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying. Great food, great service, and a pleasant place to eat. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The servers are rude (extremely rude). No wonder the review in this place is very low. To the server who gave me the sandwich.. I wish you luck with your sandwich career enjoy life🤡😜. What she wants is that the customers will be quiet while she makes the sandwich!!! Girl… customers HAVE the right to tell what they want and how they want to be placed on the food THEY PAID FOR.. No matter how you try to de-escalate the misunderstanding… her mouth is like a machine gun.. and keeps on talking. Dear employee….next time apply as a boss not as a sandwich maker (no wonder you are stuck it that job!) I cant wait for this location to close!
Trash. The food was lukewarm and the cashier wouldn’t let me use my coupon at the checkout claiming it was supposed to be mentioned before the sandwich was made🙄🙄🙄
