The 2 Indian ladies give hard time for no reason and try to charge me more than I pay usually and if order by app the will never make it at time this is the worse service and location that seen now

I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered 2 foot longs, both of them were so dry. I literally added about 4-5 sauces and I could barely taste any sauce. The sub was so dry, I barely ate it. Half of the things that I added to my sub weren’t there. Like I added jalapeños, I didn’t find any and the sauces weren’t there either, barely any. I’m going to emphasize on how dry my subway was. The chicken was so dry and most of the toppings I added were barely in it. Would never eat from this location and so shouldn’t anyone.

Bad experience the customer service of the person is so bad, i just telling her i have a pickup order and she respond with a disgusting attitude saying, i receive the order you have to wait, and i just was telling in a very good way, i never receive a respond with a so bad attitude, first and the last time buying here

I had a terrible experience at this location. They weren't accepting cards, so I placed my order through the app. However, their system was slow, and my order didn't show up on their end. I showed the staff my digital receipt, but the lady on the night shift was rude and refused to make my sandwich, insisting she hadn't received the order. When she finally did receive it, she canceled it and told me she wouldn't fulfill it. When I asked about the money I had already paid (which was charged to my bank account), she responded with "I don't care, it's not my problem." I will never go there again. This was the worst service I've ever experienced.

Terrible service, i went to this location they weren’t taking card at that moment, so i placed the order on the app but there system was slow and it was not showing my order i asked the staff to make my sandwich since i had digital receipt but the lady who works at the night shift was just being rude and told me that she did not received it so she is not gonna make it but and i showed her my receipt which says the order was placed at the same store, and when she received my order she cancelled it and told me that i can’t take your order, i asked her what about the order money that i paid for (is was charged on my bank account) “her answer was idc and its not my problem” I would never go there again the worst place were.
