Out of all the locations I have visited, this store is worst in food quality, quantity and rude staff

Taco Bell was superb and the fast and quick.

Literally the worst. Every time we order from here it's always missing the sauces. I request sauces with the tacos themselves, nothing comes. I request more sauces on the side, nothing comes. I even put notes for sauce, nothing comes. It's like they see the sauce request everywhere on the order but just decide to ignore it.

As much as I love Taco Bell this trip was the worst. The new girl can't listen and doesn't even understand what's on the menu so I had no other choice but to leave and get Chick-fil-a right next to the damn place where they actually understand.

Placed an order through the app and when we came to pick it up, the restaurant is closed. They should have turn off the ordering systems if they are temporarily closed. Not sure what will happen to our orders since they are not probably not going to be processed

Horrible food. Rice was dry and hard. Amount was very little.

Glad this place opened back up in the mall - operating as usual with typical COVID-19 protections.

Take forever to get food

There's the ideal, there's rainy-day reality. Taco Bell may be the fallback plan now in the poke bowl/avocado toast era but in the ancient 90s I went on an epic journey with co-workers from Little Neck to New Hyde Park seeking the Bell. At a circa 2000 gathering, the LGA-adjacent locale gave food trips that "take the wagons to town for provisions" vibe, and it was heartbreaking when a distant takeout order was missing the Nachos Bellgrande. Taco Bell has become less meaningful to me in a world of Taiwanese pork chops and pay-by-pound Jamaican buffets, but I've occasionally checked in over the years. The healthy tacos didn't work out, but the Nachos Bellgrande still does what it's supposed to. The spicy potato taco and mango iced tea are respectable newcomers. The 7-later burrito is dreary on its own but should be deployed as a sauce delivery mechanism. It's hard to completely forget a place that offers Hot, Fire! and Diablo sauces. I get angry when I go to Chipotle, the Duane Reade of food, whereas Taco Bell is a pleasant regression to a simpler culinary era.

Not focused on customers. The service is very slow.

I'm a vegetarian and I thought that I could that a quesadilla would be only cheese but it has chicken!! I HATE CHICKEN!!!! But other than that the customer service is good and the only other thing I actually like here is the skittles slushy

Must try the chicken quesadilla

Service is always slow and poor. Got a grilled stuff which was basically soup in a tortilla, they didn't even grill it. Done with this place. Threw it right out and went to Chick Fil A

Today, was my first time (definitely the last time!)to try and order Taco Bell at Newport Mall. Customer service is worse! Manager(if she is a manager! better get a customer service training!) is rude and so furious of me for the wrong order that’s not my fault. Do not expect everyone to know what’s inside your food! (Only to find out it was raw inside!) I felt like I owe you because I ordered from you. The company should be ashamed of you for ruining the company’s image. I wished I got your name! You don’t even deserved my 1 star rating!
