This has been the worst taco bell in the US that I have ever entered, starting with the fact that everything is dirty, the attention from a small, dark, American girl with a kick, she made faces when you told her how the combos came, horrible. The food was poorly cooked and I had to wait 1 hour for them to give me the food. Very slow, bad service and depressing place. How awful

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I waited over an hour to get my delivery for 2 crunchy tacos combo, they arrived soggy and disgusting, I called to ask a refund or at least some solution the person over the phone was not helpful just said we can not do anything about it. Call DoorDash which in the beginning I did not place the order on their app. Totally unhelpful.
11/25/2024 This the second time I order using the tablet at the entrance. I order 6 hard shell tacos, followed instructions and checked out by clicking pay at cashier. Well people came in and out with their orders. I waited 18 minutes for my order. I got up and asked the young man where is my order. I gave him my name William R He checked on his register, and Said I was not on the list. I waved good bey and walked out. Mind you this is the second time the same thing happened when ordering with the tablet at the front door. Totally Disappointed. No stars from me that's for sure.

I ordered food at 5:40 pm, its now almost 7 pm and they still havent finished making my order. I called to ask them how long it would take and they hung up on me, the doordash driver then asked 20 mins later and they told him to "just wait and stop asking". DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!
