Not always the best Taco Bell location, but today they didn’t have nacho fries anymore and my rewards did not load. The manager Catherine was very nice and helpful and gave me a sample of the freeze reward. You never get good customer service anymore and she was a great manager. Thank you!

If you want to wait a long time and get the wrong order(not the only reviewer that feels this way) come here.
Wasted my whole break waiting for food that was made incorrectly twice and had to get a refund because I had no time to wait any longer for slow service. I put no cheese for BOTH items with the iPad and the worker later told me I should have specified where I wanted no cheese... I might have ordered a “grilled cheese burrito”, however, I would hope no cheese means no cheese at all. I just wanted a combo that already had steak in it and if they were unsure, they could pick up on the pattern of no cheese and ask. I understand the outside is supposed to be cheesy but if no cheese is requested, it should mean NONE at all. Especially when I had to give back the food the first time because both food items had a ton of cheese in them, I told the worker i didn’t want cheese and the receipt stated that too. I would’ve figured that it would’ve been obvious that I don’t want cheese at all especially when it’s the second time of remaking. I do not appreciate Andrea P’s attitude and I was communicating with her the whole time about remaking it the first time because there was cheese when I in fact did not want any nor could I eat it. She was looking at me getting upset when I wasn’t tapping to get my refund but the screen didn’t load with the blue light until after her telling me to tap and me sitting with my Apple Pay open and unlocked for 5 seconds.

This place should close immediately. The service is always late and they get orders wrong constantly. I would expect Taco Bell to be able to correct this issue considering this location has been open for at least a year now. This one location is a shame.

How is there no cashier service at this location. Three people working. Two on their phones and one cleaning the dinning area. And as I walked up to the registers the employees in their phones start walking away. Garbage customer service.

Everything was Mid it wasn't as bad as people say but it wasn't great either honestly idek what I was actually eating it was like the mystery meat you get in school but it's actually somewhat edible though still not very appetizing 😂

The food is good and fresh, but customer service suck, because a worker had tricked me telling me that there's were closed, but in fact, there was open. It's a shame that only one good worker told me the truth and helped me.
