I’m still waiting on my pick up order which was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. It’s been over 40 minutes since I’ve ordered 5 items. Staff are rude and place has garbage on the floor. I won’t be retuning nor do I recommend doing business here.

It’s in journal square, so always potential for homeless, but this Taco Bell is one of the nicer ones in north jersey.

I'm vegetarian but my partner isn't, so when a very nice employee saw that the majority of my mobile order was vegetarian friendly except for one thing she kindly called us over to make sure that we knew which ones were safe for me and which ones weren't. Five stars for the above and beyond service, wish we got her name, it was around 8pm on August 23rd

I order from them and every single time in their delivery they would miss nacho chips, or a burrito or a fries. I mean the worst store that you can ever order from. Also they would never answer a call and keep their phone on a busy constantly for whole day

The crispy tenders in my burrito was extremely burnt. I couldn't even bite it! The crazy part is I saw one of the employees show the tray of tenders to her coworkers before making it. (At the time I thought she was indicating that they were running low) but this is unacceptable.

This location is terrible, the employees won't give the managers name when you ask, they say, they are the manager, all three. They don't provide a restroom for customers as required by law. You ask their name they won't give that either. They proceed to speak in spanish to each other. I'm calling corporate as well as Jersey City code enforcement. This place is a dump and homeless hangout avoid at all costs.
