I’ve been living in Jersey city for over 5 years and this is truly some of the best Mexican you can get here. Shrimp is superb and great as just a side too, love the tacos, tamales, bowls are great we love chicken chipotle or lamb. Don’t skip the tres leches - it’s worth going here just for this
The food and service were great! We stopped here for a quick bite after attending a show nearby. I just knew this place was going to have some of the best food ever and they didn’t let me down. The server was also quick and attentive. The facility including the restroom was very clean. I appreciated the decor and how the place was not drowning in music or lights like a lot of places. Prices were great as the servings extremely suitable.

The consommé was to die for - totally perfect. I’ve spent WAY more money in midtown (Amor Loco, rated 4.7 RIP) for Birria Tacos whose consommé was absolutely flavorless and super oily. This was had richness from bone broth or something. Totally satisfying and not overly salty either.
Idk why people sleep on actual good food and go wild...
