Very professional place always. I complained about my order being a bit too salty to my liking and they apologized and gave me a whole new meal without any complications. Great customer service and the food tastes really good. First time my food came out salty and never had that issue before. They have a clean restaurant & the lady up front is very pleasant and friendly.

We ordered takeout for their vegetarian Dan Dan noodles and their vegetarian mapo tofu. Both were delicious, but the Dan Dan is a must try! I wish the mapo tofu was spicier (I had asked for hot) but it was still good.

Unprofessional and Rude Service - Disappointing Experience
I’m shocked by the positive reviews this restaurant has received because our experience was far from pleasant. My partner and I visited the restaurant just now, and while there were several empty tables, the service was incredibly rude and unaccommodating.
Upon arrival, the receptionist kindly asked us whether we preferred a banquette or a dining table. As I am currently pregnant and expected the banquette to be more comfortable, we requested one of the available banquette seats. There were four empty banquettes, and we were seated without issue.
However, shortly after, a waiter with black-frame glasses approached us and demanded that we move to a smaller dining table. His reasoning was that the banquette seats were reserved for larger parties, despite the fact that the restaurant was half empty and the receptionist had seated us there. When we explained that the banquette was more comfortable for my condition, he refused to accommodate our request and insisted we move, with little regard for our comfort or the initial arrangement.
This level of rudeness and lack of consideration, especially towards a pregnant guest, is unacceptable. We ultimately left feeling disrespected and disappointed. This kind of behavior is not what I expect from any dining establishment, especially one with such glowing reviews.

Super spicy and super salty even though I ordered the less spicy and less salt version. And it is expensive and not tasty at all. Never Recommend. BTW, the shrimps are not fresh.

Popular late night takeout spot. The interior decor is spectacular as there is still remnants of a bank vault. The late night employee was extremely kind and gave me, the delivery driver, a complimentary cup of hot tea after seeing me coming back and forth for more orders!

I ordered chicken with broccoli and soup to-go. The food was good, but the portions were small. The containers weren't even filled all the way. I don't order from here often, but I think the price has gone up since the first time I was there and the portions have gotten smaller. Very disappointing.
Delicious food but delivery portions have been cut nearly in half since I first started ordering from here a year ago. It’s become expensive for the amount of food you get, and lots of good menu items have been removed. Used to be one of my favorites ?

This was the first time we ordered from this location… NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL- On the contrary- Very UNHAPPY! We ordered Soup Dumplings… Very little soup inside - THERE WAS NO SAUCE for the e dumplings!!!! WHAT!?!?!!! We ordered Scallion Pancakes…. The photo shows the small amount of sauce we got… What a joke!!! I ordered Shrimp Pad Thai, little spice… This dish had no taste whatsoever! I looked for some soy sauce or some other sauces for help, BUT as I stated before, there was NOTHING inside that bag! My husband ordered something else and was extremely disappointed as well. Unfortunately, we won’t be ordering from here again… ?

I got delivery from this location. Person on the phone was nice and patient and so was the delivery guy. Food was ok at best, ordered shrimp Pad Thai which didn’t taste like anything, house fried rice which was just ok in taste, scallion pancakes were good but so cheap with the sauce, there was only enough for a piece. The soup dumplings were cold and I don’t understand how people said they are great, very disappointed overall. This is a delivery order so maybe the dine in experience is better

The restaurant's decoration and menu have been updated, and the atmosphere is good The service is very enthusiastic and the food is served in a timely manner. The crab powder tofu tastes good and has the feel of crab powder. The seasoning of the dry pot cabbage was pretty good, but I thought the dry pot should be drier as there was still quite a lot of water under the pot. There wasn't enough meat in the pot buns, the flour was a bit thick, and the gravy was a bit too thick. Overall it's okay, affordable and delicious
