I used to order food here every couple weeks. Before there was a young lady at the front desk, she was OK, but now there is a guy with glass, he’s extremely rude! The food used to be good, but seems they changed the chef, and now it’s very disappointing. The chicken with chili小米爱上小公鸡, no chili, only has some scallions, and chicken isn’t juicy. Fired pork in orange sauce锅包肉, too much starch and very dry. Very disappointed!

Just had dinner here with my kids and husband. The waitress was demanding DOUBLE TIP because my husband and I split it. Even though my husband tipped for the both of us. My husband tipped 15percent. We come all the way from staten island and I will never come back. The food is good but if the waitress doesn't like your tip she will demand more money. Manager came over and was nice but the waitress with bad teeth made our experience horrible. Never coming back. She also said something about my kid watching Netflix on his phone. My son is a toddler and it keeps him entertained. I felt discriminated against. Horrible horrible service!

Read this review before ordering to take out or delivery!The food at this place it’s good, really good, if you eat on site you will have a good experience, I recommend it, but if you order to-go it will not be good!Three points about it:1-If you ask for juice without ice they will insist on mixing it with water and then the juice comes with no taste at all, drinking on site the juice is good.2-They ALWAYS forget the dumpling soup sauce (this happened more than three times to me) they also forget some foods from the order and if you call to ask they will be extremely rude and rude.3- The customer service at this place is a misery, they constantly shout and scream on the phone, they treat you rudely, even when ordering over the phone they treat you as if you were asking for free food like a homeless, the delivery is horrible and extremely rude, the old Asian and the fat young Asian ate the worst people alive working with people and having people so much.So if you want to eat there, it's better if you like the service you can tip otherwise you don’t have to tip (most of the time they are provided by girls and the girls are super great and friendly).NEVER order to take out or delivery, otherwise they will treat you bad, they come to your country to treat you bad.
