The crowd varies definitely seems like 21-24 year olds. I like Fridays best!! Garlic parm wings are great drinks pretty good. I do miss the old Ashford it seems a bit different now. Super young over crowded at times and bathrooms can be š¤¢.

Got there when place opened @4pm service was so so bartender Oisin was excellent he is the only reason I gave five stars for service. Although first impression was not friendly was unable to climb stairs to Rooftop I had to almost prove my disability to Doug in order to take the elevator which was finally provided along with the mop & bucket that was on the elevator as well, food was great. Was ignored on the way out only one young lady along with Oisin said thank you and have a good evening. Overall it's a great party bartender I can give it that much and that's all.

The security staff at this venue are unprofessional, discriminatory, and clearly operating on a power trip. In our group, one friend was stopped at the entrance for wearing shorts ā yet moments later, we watched multiple white patrons in shorts walk straight in without issue. When I confronted the guards about the double standard, they gave an obviously false excuse about a ābelt requirement.ā Not only was the rule applied inconsistently, but their demeanor toward us was openly hostile and disrespectful. This is unacceptable behavior that reflects poorly on both the business and its choice of security personnel.

I wanted to share my recent experience at Ashford because it was disappointing and frustrating. My friend and I approached the entrance, excited for a fun evening, but things quickly went south. Upon arriving, we were greeted by security. My friend was allowed in without any issues, but I was unfairly singled out. The security guard insisted that I was hiding a drink, despite the fact that I wasn't carrying a purse and had no drink in hand. His behavior was rude and dismissive. I felt embarrassed and singled out for no valid reason. To make matters worse, he shouted at us, claiming I was trying to hide a drink in the plants nearby, which was completely false. This treatment made us feel unwelcome, and it seemed to lack any accountability for his actions. I have been to this bar before without any problems, so it was disheartening to see such a lack of hospitality, especially towards someone in the LGBTQ community. Itās clear that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and the behavior we encountered does not reflect that. I hope the management can address this, as I would love to return and have a more positive experience in the future. They do not deserve one star at all from the experience!

The bouncer or just bully doesnāt know how to articulate him self which is useless in the environment heās working. He racially profiled my girlfriend who is black and gave us issues entering their establishment. To be honest the neighboring bar was a much more pleasant vibe and accepting to us and āour kindā
Always a great time at The Ashford! Zennie is the absolute best! I work Thursday nights until close, and by 9 p.m. Iām here to unwind and relax before heading homeāand it never fails to reset my night. The energy, the service, the vibeātop tier. I truly love Zennie and the amazing staff at The Ashford. I always recommend this spot to anyone who dines at our restaurant and is looking for a solid happy hour or just a good time out. Highly recommend!
