Pleasantly surprised with my experience at Skinner's Loft. I was searching places for brunch with a friend and stumbled upon this place to try and we weren't disappointed. I got the Pancakes (8/10) and my friend got the Salami, Pepper, and Scrambled Egg sandwich which was 10/10! He let me try it and OMG instant jealousy. I had whiskey smoked sugar rubbed beef brisket. It was so juicy and very flavorful. The portion is just right and service was excellent too. I made a reservation in advance but looked like it wasn't very packed, may be able to walk in if you are lucky (I went for Saturday dinner).
