Do not order late delivery from the Cheesecake Factory in Jersey City, or they'll screw up the order due to laziness or incompetence. Hopefully, it was not some prank. I have ordered the Factory Chopped Salad multiple times during lunchtime, and it has been great. However, when I recently ordered the entrée, there was no chicken. Imagine coming back from a long day's work from the city, only to find that you cannot eat your dinner because you need to bring it in the next day to show proof. A few months ago, I also had my Harvest Chicken Salad missing items from the same location. I believe I ordered at night as well. Be warned: while the food is generally good, the delivery service is unreliable. I am deeply disappointed. I also hope they bring back the Harvest Chicken Salad.

I’ve eaten here before and it was fine but today wasn’t the best experience. The front of house staff member was not the most polite, she seemed bothered when I said it was a table for one. Bread came out after I had received and eaten my appetiser and I had requested my burger to be well done but it was more than pink inside. That turned me off the burger entirely. I usually like to eat here once when I visit but I’d probably reconsider on my next trip.

Why can’t we give zero? This place was literally awful from the host to the delivery of food. We came there with our two kids and did not get food for an hour.Avoid at all cost, it was an awful experience. Must avoid at all cost.The hostess told me to have common sense when I complained and said the high chairs don’t work with the booth. She said well you should have had more common sense when they showed you the table that high chairs wouldn’t fit. Very funny bc last time I checked I don’t work there so how the f would I know. Common sense was lacked by all staff, the manager was unprofessional as well.i love Cheesecake Factory but these folks are pitiful and should be fired. My first time here and the atmosphere was top shelf. AJ gave us great service, but the Chef did not deliver a juicy burger. They even cut it open to check that it was overcooked. The crab appetizer was delish. The desserts were also good. Try the Peach Lemonade. They have to tools as I saw the nice grill. Techniques have to show up. Great place to eat. Notice, no pic of burger ?

So this bartender I asked for a muddled strawberry margarita lol MUDDLED. I love the bartender on Saturday at brunch she’s a blonde she’s the best. This one I had not so much!!
I make a trip to this Cheesecake Factory every few weeks and for the past 3 trips thereI had a very fortunate twist of fate to end up with the same waiter named Baidy. Not only has he had given us the utmost and very well done customer service but he also knows his stuff and always has the right recommendations to make and he never steers you wrong. Today when we went there was a very minor issue with my dish and I didn’t expect it but it was IMMEDIATELY taken care of and not only did Baidy come over and apologize butAlso the manager came and apologized over the issue and gave our apps for free. This was way beyond my expectations of customer service. Yes I understand it’s a chain so the food is kinda cookie cutter but if your looking for the food AND good customer service this Cheesecake Factory is a good choice.

The Cheesecake Factory's menu is as extensive as any beloved local diner's, not to mention their array of cheesecakes! Despite its 'chain' label, the consistency in service quality and culinary delight across locations is remarkable. So I love chains! And who could forget those generous Cheesecake Factory portions? Delicious! ?On a side note, they've ceased the birthday song tradition due to feedback at corporate about it disrupting others dining experience. Isn’t that part of the fun?! ?♂️?♂️

We order from the Skinnylicious menu to enjoy our favorite foods with a side salad.Parking: Two level garage with covered access to the mallKid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly. The booths are deep and comfortable, kids get coloring booklets with crayons.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
