Phone calls in are not routing properly or there is another problem with their phone system in the middle of the day on Thursday. They might want to get that fixed, or maybe answer their phone
Food is not fresh by any means.
Baked goods are like 3 or 4 days old and not fresh.
Cakes are old.
We did an omelet order and received a different one.
The bottom line is you would go to enjoy the view.

The food and service was good; however, I was expecting more for the experience. It was a Mother's Day brunch but felt like a normal buffet style brunch you can get at most hotels, except they charged $70/adult and $35/child, which didn't include drinks (that was an extra charge) + they automatically added 18% gratuity. I usually tip well, but to add 18% on top of an overly inflated price for buffet feels wrong. I learned my lesson and will research further before making...
