So I went to the closest Wendy’s near my apartment I was staying at for a visit and I said “lets order some Wendy’s since it’s close”. and so we did and I went to go retrieve it. But when I arrived I noticed on my app that it had said it’s been picked up and I was like okay? That’s odd but I’ll just ask the cashier and when I went to ask I was ignored for a Latina lady that had just walked in after me. I was like I was here first? So I assume the female cashier had chosen the other lady over me because she looked latino(note im Latino however have a lighter skin tone than most so most mistaken me thinking im not one).and finally once she was done talking to the other lady I proceeded to ask my two questions #1 can I pick up my cousins order she says”no, I need proof” and I was okay with that. Then I showed proof that it was my cousin and then she says “sorry can’t let you take it since you’re not the one who placed it”. Im like huh but you just asked me for proof?? Then second I asked “I also have an issue that it said I picked up my order when I didn’t.” And she proceeds to say “sorry there’s nothing I can do.”. So let me get this straight YOU asked for proof a purchase for me to prove that I’m picking up, THEN proceed to say I can’t after saying I could, BUT also GIVE AWAY MY ORDER to someone who had NO PROOF, NO RECEIPT, NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHATS MY NAME BUT STILL WAS ABLE TO TAKE MY ORDER. And with that I get fed up and walk out because what type of double standard is this to be ignored and having to show a crap ton of evidence while the person who stole my order probably didn’t have to do anything of the sort at all. So all in all I don’t recommend this Wendy’s and hope they get better acting employees wish I could rate a zero.

There’s no structure in that store. Having fun is important at work but they’re so chatty that it takes a while before they notice you at the register. Even the manager is being catty with the crew.

Apparently, the place has changed a lot. Have been there three times now and the service was always fast. No complaints.

Cant really complain too much staff is kind, my order is correct 9/10 times but it is painfully slow, please wendys corporate give them an extra employee who works only the register bc there is never anyone there, you consistently have to wait for a cook to be less busy to be acknowledged/get your order. The only issues here are definitely coming from some corporate dh manager who wants an extra few bucks a month for cutting employees

It's unfortunate because there are hard workers but poor hygiene awareness, always fixing their eye glasses and not with back of hand, finger tips gloved and not changed back to handling the food.

The restaurant was well ventilated.
Walked in at 10:00 and was told that they are done with breakfast and lunch starts at 10:30. Only thing available was coffee. If you're not going to serve food, close for 30 minutes.

THE HYGIENE IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS TERRIBLE SHOULD SHUT DOWN UNCOVERED DRINKS LONG CLUMPED STRANDS OF HAIR IN FOOD STAY CLEAR this CAME OUT MY PREGNANT WIFE MOUTH WHILE EATING CHILI CHEESE FRIES I CANT EVEN TRUST THE REST OF THE FOOD

Dirty weave was left in my cheese fries I’m 8 months pregnant and literally threw up from pulling it out of my mouth. these workers need to cover they hair because this can lead to a lawsuit.

The employees tried to be as nice as possible even though it was very late at night and they were clearly exhausted. Management needs to cut them some slack, seriously.

6/14/25: This is the worst Wendy's. 1 star
8/25/25 3:30pm: They turned things around. New manager and staff. Food was hot, fresh, and the baked potato (the ultimate test) was delicious. Thanks y'all.

Actually the worst Wendy's to exist, 10 minutes for them to ask my name for a carryout order when it was on the pickup stand the whole time
