The employees tried to be as nice as possible even though it was very late at night and they were clearly exhausted. Management needs to cut them some slack, seriously.

6/14/25: This is the worst Wendy's. 1 star
8/25/25 3:30pm: They turned things around. New manager and staff. Food was hot, fresh, and the baked potato (the ultimate test) was delicious. Thanks y'all.

So i just came in because they open at 8 and the lady stated they don’t open until 8:30.

My friend ordered a meal and we were eating when we realized the sauce wasn’t in the order. So I decided to go back and ask for sauce with the receipt and when I asked, the lady accused me of lying and told me to bring back the sauce if I want another one 🤨🤨. Never coming back. HORRIBLE!!!
I went into the restaurant on Monday 6/23/25 and there was no air conditioning working. The cashier was so pleasant yet drenched in sweat. Her co working was taking a break outside. The staff mentioned that this has been occurring for weeks and with temperatures in the 90's this has made working very difficult and unsafe. On 6/25/25 I saw two staff Taking their breaks outside. I inquired about the air conditioning and they looked afraid to even answer the question. No one should have to work under extreme heat. Not only is it a safety concern (OSHA unsafe working conditions) but it's unsanitary for staff to be drenched in sweat while trying to serve food. Sadly some of the employees I have observed working at this location for years. THEY ARE COMMITTED AND THEY DESERVE BETTER!

The manager charges you $8 and change for a large Biggie bag deal without your consent. I specifically told her I always order the small which is $6 and change she told me there is no such thing as a small. I come here everyday literally. The employees are very disrespectful attitudes are nasty. Will have you waiting 15 plus minutes just to order they’re very unprofessional

I use to order a bacon burger, but at the deliver I discovered that there weren’t any bacon in. Also I didn’t receive the drink ( the oreobrown drink). First time to order online and I’m really disappointed. I paid for nothing.

Whoever the “manager” was on duty at this location, Friday, May 30, at 3PM, was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. I get it’s a fast food place, but come on.
The person in front of me kept trying to add to his order, but after everything she said, she kept rolling her eyes. Same with me. Might try to take a vacation or something, because you obviously need one.
Look at this cold unmelted shredded cheese that is so cold and not melted it jostles around the package if you shake it! Like are you kidding me right now?!
The lady here don’t know how to deal with costumers. So rude and feels like she is yelling at me I have good experience whth other wendy,s stores but this one was the worst
