I just tried ordering online twice here and both times the orders were canceled within an hour. What is even going on with this place. I'll likely never order from this location again

Stood there, waiting to order. The employees acknowledged me standing there. After ten minutes of me waiting I was informed their system was down and they couldn't take any more orders. Why didn't they tell me if they saw me waiting there!?

The only Wendy's in the area, went to get food. I ordered food and was very disappointed that they didn't even have a complete menu they offered. They didn't have any Chilli or and Frosty. That is some bullshit! This is the one of the WORST Wendy's locations. Barely speak any english!! No motivation to make food. The people just stand there in a daze!!

I come here because it’s convenient and sometimes affordable but the speed in which I get an order is crazy. I placed a mobile order at 7:16pm I didn’t get said order until what seemed like a hour later. My husband got his order which I had picked up and told the staff that I had another order and it seemed like everyone in the store got their orders before realizing that I was still waiting for mine. Everyone except the manager moves so slow. People having earbuds on listening to music or on FaceTime. No sense of urgency whatsoever. So it’s my last time ordering here cuz this happens more than often whether you place the order in the store or mobile pickup.

It’s about time this place gets shut down. It’s dirty, no AC in the summer so it’s super hot, the workers do not know how to work in customer service AT ALL. To top it off I placed an order today and it was closed so I almost lost that money, but I called customer service to rectify the issue. Hopefully they come back with the Wendy’s that we all know and love.
I would come to this Wendy's when coming off the path train and with nothing planned at home. However when visiting the most recent time I was greeted with the following (image attached of the store being deemed unsatisfactory in a health inspection).
Safe to say after this + reading other reviews, I will be staying away.
