Love, love, love Wisp Sushi Truck! The sushi is always great and the guys who run the truck are soooo nice! Before I moved to JC I was very attached to my old sushi restaurant in Bloomfield and hesitant to try something new, but Wisp is really awesome. I look forward to Wednesdays when the truck is near my apartment!

I waited 35 minutes for my order to be ready. It was wrong when I went to pick it up and they told me I'd have to wait another 15 minutes. They are popular and seemed to be managing way too many orders, not efficiently. I won't be back.

I got my best poke bowl and can’t believe it from a food truck! Fresh like hell. The sashimi deluxe delivery is sooooo fresh. It is so cool now I can get sushi on wheels and worth every penny. I highly recommend it!!!!!

Ordered a salmon poke bowl with some steamed pork dumplings. My girlfriend got the Spicy Kani roll and the food was absolutely amazing, along with wonderful customer service.

My favorite sushi! The best you can get in downtown jersey city in my opinion and they’re always, so nice when you pickup. Also great value $$$! I also highly recommend the dumplings ?

I ordered a bunch of sushi for a friendsgiving and it was amazing! Never tried previously but had read great reviews from a local group. I have a gluten allergy and bowen was really accomodating in labelling the gf and not gf orders as well as providing gf soy sauce. So delicious and highly recommend!

New go-to for sushi and poke bowl!! Love the subtle yuzu flavor in the poke bowl! One recommendation is to allow option for no sauce on top of the bowl on delivery apps for folks watching their dietary intake :)
