Not all that great cant even keep the drinks cold in the fridge. A little dirty and doesn't have what you'd expect to have for a 4.3 rating.

They consistently get your order wrong. They must have some real winners working at this place. Don't bother with this place.

Now that B Bagels is in town, you are better off going there. Or even Dunkin makes a better bagel. This place is absolutely filthy, employees don’t use food safety gloves when handling your food, and on top of that, it’s over priced and not good. The tuna salad was fishy and wet and inedible. Spend your money somewhere else.

Disappointing Experience

We visited this bagel shop this afternoon, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. When we arrived, the shop was empty, but the music was blasting at an excessively high volume. While it’s understandable to want a lively weekend atmosphere, this level of noise was far from enjoyable.

I placed my order and had to repeat it several times because the employee at the counter couldn’t hear me over the music. When our order was ready, I realized my coffee was missing. The manager(?), a skinny, older gentleman, came from the back and asked, “What are you waiting for?” in a rather unfriendly tone. When I explained that my coffee had been forgotten, he handled it, but the overall attitude was not welcoming.

I also asked if it was possible to turn the music down a little since there were no other customers, and we were planning to eat inside. His response was, “No, it’s not possible, and you’re the first to ever mention the music is loud. There’s nothing wrong with the volume.” Well, there clearly was something wrong if we were shouting just to be heard.

Feeling unwelcome, we scarfed down our food as fast as we could and left (it was freezing outside, otherwise we would not even stay). Lesson learned—and paid for with our own money—we won’t be coming back. Thankfully, there’s a new bagel shop by the Path Station that we’ll happily try next time.

Ordered Taylor ham & cheese with ketchup.
They forgot the cheese and ketchup.
Really ??? It’s 3 ingredients and you forgot 2 of them ?
And don’t slice your own Taylor ham if you’re not gonna do it right. Some slices were thin and others were more like thick weird chunks.
One of the easiest orders possible and you managed to F it up royally..

Best bagel shop in Jersey City! The queue gets very long at times but the servers handle it well as it moves quickly

Person over the phone is so rude. Won’t even take a second to take your order. Literally picks up the phone to tell you he can’t help you because he’s too busy doing “more important “ things

Wonder Bagels is definitely a Jersey City staple, and for good reason. The ingredients in my breakfast bagel—bacon, egg whites, and hash browns—were on point, especially the hash browns, which added a perfect crispy touch. The bagel itself was a bit dense, like it hadn’t risen quite enough, but still a really solid bite overall. Ordering, though, was chaotic. One of the staff, a shorter woman with dark hair, had trouble communicating clearly, which made things even more confusing when it came time to pay and figure out whose order was whose. She got flustered when we asked for clarification since we weren’t sure who was supposed to pay and so she aggressively yelled at us, but the rest of the staff was friendly and seemed on top of things. All in all, Wonder Bagels is a great spot if you’re after a classic breakfast sandwich with quality ingredients.
