Ordered a couple of items including their Toyosu Fish box. I was kind of disappointed with the selection of the fish I got from the box but this might be due to the current season. I will give it an another go in winter. I paid extra for the processing and they did pretty good job, only some minor scales on one of the fish.

THE MOST INCREDIBLE SEAFOOD. Everything is consistently fresh, and the customer service is truly exceptional. I’m always impressed—from the premium tuna cuts to the hard to find uni. Thank you for being one of the few who still take real pride in food quality.

i don't think can ever go back to any other fish, after trying Yama Seafood. I make so sushi dishes and nothing comes CLOSE to Yama Seafood. The people behind them shows so much care in their work and the quality of the fish. my go-to always.
