I ordered Akami, Toro, Ikura and Hamachi for a Temaki (hand-roll) sushi party. I was so pleased with the quality of fish and the whole purchasing process. They were delivered on time and directions for defrosting worked out perfectly. We will be ordering from Yama Seafood again!! - Yumi
Ordered a couple of items including their Toyosu Fish box. I was kind of disappointed with the selection of the fish I got from the box but this might be due to the current season. I will give it an another go in winter. I paid extra for the processing and they did pretty good job, only some minor scales on one of the fish.

THE MOST INCREDIBLE SEAFOOD. Everything is consistently fresh, and the customer service is truly exceptional. I’m always impressed—from the premium tuna cuts to the hard to find uni. Thank you for being one of the few who still take real pride in food quality.
