Yuan is a busy place, but it is worth the wait. The food is insanely good and the staff is friendly. The space is airy and the atmosphere is super cozy. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including pan fried noodles, braised pork hock, truffle beef, egg fried rice, eggplant with string beans, stir chicken and peppers, stir fried noodles, and fried rice. The braised pork hock comes in a dark, rich savory sauce and can also be ordered in a garlic Sichuan sauce. The food is extremely flavorful and spicy, with fun spice levels for those who are adventurous. Yuan is a great spot, with excellent food and beautiful atmosphere, and it is definitely worth every penny. The service is great, and the dishes are bursting with flavor, making it a place to recommend and look forward to coming back to again.
