Kristina was such an amazing person to work with through this experience. Lets be honest, wedding planning is so stressful! Her and her staff are amazing! We had the pleasure of working with Ellis and Kacey on my wedding day and they all deserve more than 5 stars. Kacey made sure my husband and I ate, kept getting drinks and were over all okay. Ellis was amazing! The staff is incredible. The food was amazing. The views were everything. I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you to everyone who helped make our wedding so special.

After our original wedding venue unexpectedly closed, we had to find a new venue on short notice. While The Clubhouse at Galloping Hill wasn’t available on our original Saturday date, they were able to accommodate us on the Friday before, and we’re so grateful they did.

The entire team was friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. Our coordinators kept everything running smoothly and on schedule while still taking the time to check in on us throughout the day. Their attention to detail allowed us to relax and enjoy the moment.

We were impressed with the staff’s ability to set up our signage, memorial table, favors, and other personal touches with very little direction. Everything looked beautiful. The food was also excellent, and many of our guests raved about it, especially the Prime Rib station.

The outdoor ceremony space by the lake provided a beautiful backdrop for our wedding and photos. One of our favorite memories was riding away after the ceremony in a golf cart across the course.

We’re incredibly thankful to The Clubhouse at Galloping Hill for helping make our wedding day so special. We highly recommend them to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with an attentive and professional staff.

We absolutely loved the Clubhouse at Galloping Hill! From our very first tour of the venue through the entire planning process, the team made us feel like our wedding was their top priority. We had Emily as our event coordinator, and she was incredible! From answering my late night text about random wedding details to guiding us through all of the final planning calls, she always made everything feel manageable and stress free! We were the first wedding of the season on the golf course this year, and it couldn't have been more magical! Our day-of coordinator, Ellis, along with bridal assistants Charlize and Kasey, kept everything running seamlessly so we could truly enjoy every moment! To this day, guests are still reaching out to tell us how amazing the food was. The entire staff did a fantastic job accommodating allergies and dietary restrictions, making sure every guest felt taken care of! We truly couldn't have asked for a better venue or a better team to work with. Every detail was handled with such care, and our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be and more! We highly recommend the Clubhouse at Galloping Hill to any couple looking for an unforgettable wedding experience! Thank you for making our day so magical!

We just had our wedding at Galloping Hill Golf course last weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. All the crew at GH were super helpful and knowledgeable about anything we needed clarity on! 100% recommend them!

From the second my husband and I stepped foot in Galloping Hill back in 2021, our experience could not have been better! A close friend got married at Galloping Hill and recommended it for our wedding. After seeing the modern and spacious ballroom and taking in the view from the ballroom and balcony overlooking the golf course, we knew this was where we needed to start the next chapter in our lives. Kristina, our sales coordinator, was so dedicated to her job, so much so that even when she was home sick, she got on the phone the day we were going to tour GH and answered every single question no matter how dumb or annoying I may have been. My husband and I decided on a little longer of an engagement and throughout the entire process, Kristina treated us like we were her family which is very rare to find nowadays. When it came time for our wedding, we not only got the royal treatment from Kristina, but we also received the same treatment from our wedding coordinator, Emily and our bridal attendants Victoria, Emma and Ellis. They all at certain points, found me stressing out about some detail and they comforted me and sprung into action to make my stress disappear instantly. We experienced an issue with a vendor (not GH) and our bridal attendants pulled us to the side and asked us how they could fix the situation at hand. They did everything possible to make sure that not only my husband and I were okay and happy but each of our guests were too. We had Brenda as our maitre’d and she was just as amazing as Kristina, Emily, Victoria, Emma and Ellis. She was so kind and attentive and made sure every single person was happy and being attended to. It has only been a week since we got married but any person that attended our wedding cannot stop raving about the venue, the atmosphere, the food and the staff. Working with the team at Galloping Hill to make our wedding perfect, was honestly a dream come true. We highly recommend getting married and/or hosting your next event at Galloping Hill. If you do decide to go with GH, we promise, you will NOT be disappointed.

Galloping Hill was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!! My now wife and I (still exciting to say!!!) had our wedding at Galloping Hill in October of 2025. Emily (our assigned planner) was awesome, got us a reasonable price (especially considering how much was included), and made the overall experience super easy! The cocktail hour food was some of the best we’ve ever had (Brazilian steakhouse, seafood, Jersey shore boardwalk, and Italian), so much so that our guests are still talking about it. The ceremony area was absolutely beautiful, with a setting that felt elegant and intimate at the same time. It made the moment feel truly special. The reception hall was gorgeous too (spacious, classy, and set up perfectly for a night of celebrating), fitting 135 people comfortable with 17 tables. The flow of the evening felt seamless, and the venue really came to life once the reception started. Galloping Hill delivered on every level with its value, atmosphere, and overall experience. We’re so grateful we chose them and would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-run, place to celebrate their wedding!!!! =-)

We were here for a tricky tray event and we had a great time. This place is beautiful.

We loved everyone at The Clubhouse at Galloping Hills. The venue itself is gorgeous & has both a perfect ceremony space & reception area. We worked with Kristina who is just the absolute sweetest! She made the entire process seamless & easy for us to understand. Never having planned something of this size before I was relieved to know that any questions or concerns were easily addressed & answered swiftly. The food was amazing & we’ve received nothing but the best compliments from our guests. Ellis went above and beyond for us as our day was filled with some of the craziest wind which did not make outdoor decor easy, but he was quick on his feet & pulled it off for us! We highly recommend getting married here!!

Just got married on 11/1/25 at Galloping Hill ! and they were fantastic!! There are no words to describe how great the staff from start to finish ! Maria was awesome from first meeting and setting up our whole wedding !

Galloping Hill Golf Course was the perfect spot for our wedding and our day could not have gone any better. Maria from the start was so welcoming and helped us along the planning process the entire way. A couple days before and day of we were able to work with Emily, Kasey & Charlize and they were all so attentive and made the day go so smoothly. The indoor and outdoor space was beautiful and the food was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better team and better day. Thank you!!

Working with Galloping was an absolute dream! Maria was attentive, responsive, and so patient as we planned our wedding. She truly made the process feel not as overwhelming. Her recommendations and just overall demeanor led to us having a beautiful day with an amazing set of vendors. Emily was our day of coordinator and she ensured our day ran smoothly and that I as the bride was attended to throughout the day.

Our guest raved about the food at Galloping! We had four cocktail hour stations in addition to their passed hors d’oeuvres and the garden stations. For dinner we chose the braised short rib, saffron fennel salmon and French cut chicken and our guest shared the options were all top tier. A place with great food was so important to my husband and Galloping delivered 10 fold.

I cannot wait to have an occasion to use Galloping again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that has beautiful outdoor ceremony options, great food and an amazing team.

We had the most perfect wedding at Galloping Hills Golf Course. The grounds and outdoor ceremony space are absolutely beautiful especially for a sunset ceremony, and the ballroom is beautiful and modern, a wall of windows, and a patio for your guests to use during the reception with firepits lit. The whole staff was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process, Kristina, Emily and both bridal attendant were the best.  Our day went so smooth and was beautiful.

My husband and I got married at Clubhouse at Galloping Hill Golf Course on September 19, 2025 and we had such an amazing experience! We are so glad that we chose this venue for our wedding day. Our ceremony was around 6pm and it was absolutely perfect! Once the sun set behind the tree near the altar, we ended up having such beautiful pictures! Throughout our whole planning process Kristina was wonderful, so helpful, and easy to get in touch with! Kristina, Emily, Charlize, Kasey, and Ellis were all so professional and kind while helping us navigate our day. They were all very attentive and throughout the day Charlize and Kasey were frequently checking in on us making sure we were okay or if we needed anything. Our cocktail hour was perfect and all of the food tasted amazing! We’ve received so many compliments from our guests saying how much they enjoyed all of the food and drinks from both cocktail hour and the entrees for dinner! We chose the “Love Is All You Knead” soft pretzels for our late night snack and it was such a huge hit with our guests before everyone left for the night! We had 177 guests and 17 tables for the reception, but because of the space in the ballroom everyone was able to fit comfortably while still having plenty of room for the dance floor. We are truly thankful for all that the Galloping Hill team did to make our day so special and a night we will never forget!!

This place although looks amazing is far from spectacular. When you respond they ask for any special requests. My wife has a food allergy and we explicitly said her allergy and they did NOT accommodate her. She could not eat. The waiters response was well she can have chicken fingers and fries with the kids or raviolis . So for the money it's about the money and not the guests. So Many other wedding venues that go above and beyond. DO NOT Waste your money and your guests integrity.
