I walked in at 8:45pm and asked: "are you open?" the girl behind the counter said: "not really" I asked "can i still get a cappuccino?" She said "no. I already cleaned the machine" I went out to my car and checked the store's hours on my phone. The store is open until 9pm. Un-professional!
