Never coming here again. Placed a mobile order and received a notification that my order was ready. I saw my prepared order with the staff but they never placed it on the pickup counter. 15 minutes went by and still no one acknowledged me or asked me if I was waiting on anything. Poor service.
Only go as a last resort. The service is horrendous at times.
This place routinely has a 10 minute wait for mobile orders, has zero prioritization, and the staff could not care less about their customer experience. I only stop here if I have no other option and suggest you all do the same.
