Dunkin' Donuts in Kinnelon

“Very surprised at some of the negative reviews here. The people in the drive through are always very friendly to me. My order has never been incorrect. Sometimes there is a small wait, but also keep in mind that I go there on my morning commute during rush hour so a lot of people want their coffee! Any other time they're usually pretty fast. Also, the server at the window bought me a donut for being cheerful, and I thought that was very nice!“

“I love that they actually listen to your requests. I ordered a large matcha latte with no ice. They gave me no ice. I have been to a few Dunkin’ Donut stores around new jersey and every one of those stores has given me ice. This store was awesome. The donut was quite nice and a good size portion.“
