Waited over 10 minutes for our sandwiches which were never made and when they were, we got a bag of crushed hash browns from the disgruntled employee that said he made them but someone else must have taken them.

clearly asked for the acia refresher and got a completely different one. Ofc it was my first time getting it so i was wondering why it tasted a lot like blueberry till i checked the ticket

I prefer this Dunkin' over the one closer to my house. The other location always seems to mess up my orders—the drinks taste terrible, and my wraps are either overcooked or undercooked.
Even though this location is also busy, especially in the mornings, they seem to have a better handle on things. For me, it's worth going out of my way to get a good experience here.
