I really don't like having to give bad ratings, but this takes the cake so it's imperative that things improve!! Its been many yrs of major stress n fights n more because my 2 daughters always want dunkin but here's some of the bigger issues if ur interested..It's very rare that they get the orders correct,they skimp on the drinks sometimes (most of the strawberry dragon fruit refreshers r stuffed w/all ice, n next to nothing of that delicious flavoring inur Strw drag fru w/green...read full review
I am a repeat customer at this location, and beginning to get upset with the quality. My iced coffee's are becoming more and more ice, and less and less coffee. If I am paying $5 a coffee plus tax for coffee, I expect coffee.. Not Ice. There is a reason that Starbucks took have the business away from Dunkin, as soon as they opened. This is why..
They're new charli remix cold foam is amazing. I understand it's not easy dealing with order after order; but I always ask for extra foam and I would pay extra for it and they never add extra foam for me. Also there's supposed to be cinnamon on top- they NEVER add it on and the cold foam dissolves within two, three sips. I also got hash browns that were hard as a rock. How they find that acceptable to sell? You literally have to ask for the hash browns fresh. Morning shift people...read full review
