This place wants to give that old cowboy feel but it misses the mark. My main dish was good and it came out quickly. The server was a little bit slow except when it came to the check. Overall, it had too much of a chain restaurant feel to it. Then again, it's a chain restaurant.

Service was slow they weren’t that busy. When I got the 7 peppered steak it did not look anything like it. The manager Angelo proceeded to tell me that’s how it’s done. I told him all the other Longhorns in several states made it the same. He brought out the 2nd steak and it tasted really bad. Very disappointed. What happened to this place. It is unfortunate that I had to go to another Longhorns to get what I wanted.

I am a current client whit my family, i know every server from the Saturday’s because we always there, but this Saturday i had the pleasure to meet Isaiah and what a good encounter we had, he is very friendly, very respectful, attentive and so humble, very nice young man. 20 minute wait at the bar, place was packed on an early Saturday night. Salad with ranch, very fresh, clean, delicious dressing. Had the grilled shrimp over rice pilaf, very good, sister had the ribeye, she said surprisingly good for chain restaurant, cooked to a perfect medium well. Server was great, attentive. Definitely going back.
I would like to give recognition to Britany we had her for my dad’s birthday and she was so sweet and such a great waitress. Brought us things when we didn’t even need to ask . She definitely deserves the recognition , I highly recommend asking for her. I know I will whenever I go back for now on. ☺️

Very reliable chain restaurant. You know exactly what it's gonna be. Steaks are good! Service is friendly and efficient. Last time, my lobster tail (surf & turf) didn't have much lobster in the shell, but that's not the norm. There was so much other food and the steak was so good that I didn't even tell the waiter. At the busiest times you have to wait for a table and it can be a little noisy. But generally it's a good deal for the money.

This Time here, my Outlaw Ribeye was great. Unfortunately, 4 out of the 6 friends in our party who ordered the same were disappointed. Personally, you never order steaks well done. Mine was rare. Enough said. I'll definitely be back again, 4 friends won't.

Steak were so tough we were chewing them a long time. Asked for manager who told us no one else complained but the steaks were thin! Said he would look to find thicker, but couldn't guarantee. We declined & paid for drinks & appetizers. He didn't even pay for a $9.00 appetizer. Very poor customer service..left without dinner with our guests. Will NEVER RETURN. A family stood around our table waiting for theirs for over an hour. Very bad of restaurant to allow this.
