A favorite of locals, this restaurant has a large selection of reliably good pasta. Fancy daily dinner specials. Excellent service. The restaurant is small and very popular, so you may have a wait even on weekday. Because of the tight space and large bar, it is a bit noisy, so it's not particularly condusive to convo.
Dad and I were there June 20. In front it's a regular bar. In back is an intimate full scale restaurant. Reservations are highly recommended. I like that they offer half portions of some of the pasta dishes.
We went there last minute yesterday on Mother's Day. We drive over an hour to go this fabulous place at least once a month. We have never been disappointed. Excellent food with daily specials that never disappoint. The bartenders are amazing. Engaging and welcoming, even when they are getting slammed. There's a reason people line up outside before opening time, 5 PM. Our favorite restaurant without a doubt. My Mother's Day dinner was lovely. So happy we went there!
