Two things about this store. The staff is consistently unhappy and less than helpful…many visits and always the same grumpiness. Charging extra for credit card use, where you are a high end store with premium quality and priced products is just not appropriate.

That said the cakes and rest of their products are simply excellent…top notch h for sure.

Improve the attitude of the staff and get rid of the credit surcharge would...

Chez Alice is really a treat. Delicious breakfast sandwiches and bread. Interesting menu. Perfect eggs over-medium. All the produce was super fresh and appealing. Excellent coffee with scratch-made cold foam + unique flavors. But the staff take it over the top with their friendliness and restaurant-level attention to detail. This little cafe is doing something special.

It's decent, but not great by a long shot. Coffee is okay, but again nothing to rave about. Pastries are okay as well. Of course, like ALL eateries now, not an adult in sight. So getting your order correct is a crap shoot. Additionally, the prices are insanely expensive. #TouristTrap 🤷‍♂️
