Fantastic place. Server Cristian is the best! Off the main streets this place should not be missed.
Well done and thank you.
Ask for Cristian to be your server and be sure to ask for the Boy Carrot Cake.

Top notch dining - glad I found The Hawke and definitely will return!
Good ambiance, we really enjoyed the outdoor patio area for a nice evening. A good menu for all palettes, everything we ordered from salads to mains to the dessert was fantastic. Attentive and friendly service.

We had a wonderful dinner last night at The Hawke! Our server, Donna, was friendly and attentive and gave us a great suggestion for our meal. The pork chop special was delicious! And the Oreo Mint Chocolate Chip cake was a great ending. We would totally come back again.

We’ve now dined at The Hawke three times now and each visit has been consistently great. The drinks are excellent, the food is outstanding, and the ambiance is elevated yet warm and welcoming.
The server Kelly is the best, she is absolutely fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and truly great at what she does. She’s good people.
The steaks here are cooked perfectly, the Chilean Seabass is an absolute must, and the tuna wontons are delicious. We’re already looking forward to our next visit 🥰

Had a great experience and a very helpful server today. She was patient and answered all of our questions. Will go again.
The food was five star. Our server went above snd beyond and was knowledge. We were seated by the fireplace. A perfect evening. Our new “go to” restaurant.
Great food and service .. The Hawk is very consistent ... the steaks are flavored so well , I would say better than the Capital Grille . ALways a great meal here !
Won't go back. Crowded, loud and so dark we had to use our phone flashlights to read the menus. The food was okay, but not worth the money. Not worth going back to.

On the coldest day in January we walked down from the Lambertville Station Inn (Yes, you can do it, it's just .04 miles) and despite the cold we were so happy to pop into a warm and inviting place that was as happy to see us, as we were happy to get inside! A group of six we ordered across the menu and snagged a couple specials too. Lobster Arancini - was one of the apps - and it was decadently delicious. Three generous risotto balls with lobster mousse and a blush sauce - definitely a dinner in itself, but great portion to share. We also had the sausage stuffed mushroom caps - (two) but big enough to share. The entrees included their famous chicken parm pizza (pounded chicken cutlets, fried, shaped into a circle and covered with cheese, pesto and red sauce. Amazingly good and also great for sharing. Two of us grabbed the Sesame Crusted Tuna Steak, (perfectly cooked), and two opted for the Airline Chicken - which was gone so quickly from their plates I had to ask them again what they ordered. And it wouldn't have been a proper trip without at least one steak in this cozy, casual steakhouse. The service was wonderful and the proper balance of attentiveness mixed with proportioned privacy as the six of us caught up on great old stories and wonderful hand-crafted cocktails. As all of us were dining here for the first time, it was just a very pleasant surprise. We will be back!
Foood was excellent. Good steak. Cooked well. Oysters delish. And donut dessert was yummy treat. Was a little noisy - but no ones fault. Just the room. Very cozy! First time dining there and will be back!!
Food is very good-best airline chicken with tasty risotto dish and excellent salmon. But very noisy -popular local place, tight seating, efficient kitchen and service. I understand why it is so popular
Went on a Friday night for dinner with my husband and our friends. Place was packed, but thankfully, we had a reservation. We had Donna as our waitress- she was fantastic!! She just GETS IT, she's great. My friends husband is known to be picky and he LOVED Donna and everything about The Hawke. The drinks were PERFECTION and the food was also great. I ordered the seafood risotto special, it was delicious. My husband ordered the Chilean Sea Bass with Parmesan Risotto and it was okay which is why I gave it a 4 for food. The parmesan risotto didn't have much flavor, but everything else we ordered was great. Quite expensive, but you get what you pay for, and it was worth it! For a party of 4, 3 alcoholic drinks, 3 apps, 4 entrees, 3 desserts - total was $440 including tip. About $210 per couple. Thank you, Donna!!
good neighborhood restaurant with nice simple menu with seafood and steaks. Also offers light dishes too. Attentive staff and good drinks. Reasonable and enjoyable. Been here many times!
