As you can see, this place is a frequent. LGBTQ+ friendly with a wall of rotating art and even purchased a handmade stained glass piece here. The food is reliably delicious. We always go for the breakfast, favorites include; the California omelet, the two eggs any style, and the French toast sticks (wow). Their iced lattes are also another go-to. Staff is friendly and welcoming, one of those real places :)
I'm a breakfast guy -‐- gimme an omelet, French Toast, pancakes, egg sandwich, etc., and I am a happy man. So, I was really looking forward to Liv & Charlie's because I had heard so much about it and the reviews here was mostly excellent. AND: it did not disappoint 👏.

Clean restaurant with excellent real food options, especially their variety of omelettes! I highly recommend the chai latte also. Prices are totally reasonable here as well. Came in on a Saturday morning and was sat right away, the waitress paid attention to us the whole time, and everyone loved their meal.
