My wife and I stopped in today finding this place as we were on the way out of Lambertville. Plenty of parking easy to get in and out of. Sal welcomed us like we were regulars! The food was delish! The atmosphere was very nice with the open fire place keeping us nice and toasty. Thanks for the great service and great pizza. Tony and Jenni Z

There was an extreme event with crowds of people looking to places to eat coming from PA area and this place got swamped with people. I wanted to give a review to show appreciation. These workers were running literally to keep up with orders and serving people. The food ended up being quality as well.

Absolutely delicious pizza!!! And I'm from New York and I stop by everytime I'm in the area. Their sauce is great just like grandma use to make. YUM. Garlic bread was delicious too as well as the ravioli!! Prices are definitely cheaper then anywhere else and the staff is super friendly.

My go to place, which is around the corner, was closed, so had no choice but to try Nicole’s. I hate giving bad reviews, but the pizza was just lousy. Greasy, no sauce, & not sure what kind of cheese they’re using, but tasteless. Hope they step up their pizza making.

Very delicious pizza and wings. My family and I came from a very long distance just to try out Nicola’s Pizza. One of my friends recommended this place to me. Our server was also extremely friendly and welcoming. Amazing customer service. We will definitely be coming back here again.

This place is from a bygone era, and it’s an era that should never have gone away. I walked in there with my extended family and was immediately transported to my childhood in NJ. The staff is awesome. The ambiance is fantastic - zero frills, just straight up old school pizzeria. We ordered our pies, and when they arrived I was giddy. Took a slice, and it was heaven. Crust was crispy on the bottom, cheese was practically liquid, just a molten triangle of excellence. I ate 4 slices. I’ve been thinking that my local place in Maryland is great, because it REMINDS me of this kind of pizza. My memories have definitely faded over time, because this pizza was just otherworldly. The best. Nothing special in the sense that it’s fancy. It’s exactly what I think of when I have a craving for that utilitarian Jersey pizza. It’s just heavenly, and these guys knocked it out of the park. No wonder they’ve been there for 60 years. If you're expecting anything fancy or modern, it ain't that. It's just seriously solid old school pies, made the way they should be, and I'm here for it. 65 million stars.

Nicola's Pizza in Lamberville offers decent pizza and has a very nice and friendly staff/owner, which is always a plus and made me really want to give this high marks.
However, the interior and kitchen could use a significant facelift. Upon entering, the atmosphere is not particularly welcoming or appealing, raising my concerns about food safety.
A concerning incident occurred when I visited: the counter person, who had just been handling a pail of dirty water that he dumped right out front of the restaurant, placed his thumb on my slice. Needless to say, that slice was 86'd. Improved hygiene practices and a more inviting environment would greatly enhance the overall experience at Nicola's Pizza. Especially since it's in one of the hippest places in New Jersey.
