We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. We were seated at a round table for 4 in a quiet corner. Three of us ordered sword fish and halibut. All perfectly prepared. I had a hamburger and a side salad. Cooked just the way I like it. We will surely be going back!!
Best place in Lambertville, hands down. Anton's, the fancy restaurant side of The Swan, is like a dining room that would have been on the Titanic. Gorgeous warm low key lighting and decor. The food and cocktails are fantastic.
What can I say except that we wish we were welcomed here but the experience was distasteful and unbelievably unprofessional for a restaurant with such high reviews. Spent a birthday evening here, well, we tried to. Sat at 7:10pm on a Friday. Place was busy. Hostess was kind and friendly. Poured us some water. And then...that was it. An extremely flustered waiter ran by us several times, not even touching the table to say they would be with us. Hostess tried to calm the waiter down one time when he was speeding by to drop a check on an adjacent table. It took forty minutes, and I am not in the least exaggerating before he came back to us by way of us finally having enough and flagging him down as he rushed by as though there was a fire to put out in the kitchen, and so we said we would like to order drinks at least. He stopped and got out his pad and we requested that we also put in food since by this time it was almost 8pm and he replied curtly and without hesitation, "I don't have time for that!" And ran off. Not only did we waste an incredible amount of time here just to leave hungry and without even a drink, but when I called to complain to the manager, hoping someone had the good sense to explain this waiter's behavior, I was met with excuses that they had only two servers and 14 tables between them. Needless to say, consider this review. I booked a table here due to all the positive responses but unless we were the exception, it might happen to your table, as well.
Our local gem. Consistent, creative and innovative food. Excellent service in a cozy atmosphere. What more could you ask for?
Rack of lamb was fantastic with 8 ribs. The wait staff is great and the atmosphere is amazing! ❤️🌟
Always love Anton's. In a world of bland, boring decor, I love the authenticity of this place. It feels like home and your servers are always polite and professional, and both respectful and engaging. Food is always solidly good and nourishing.
The service and atmosphere were excellent and so were the menu selections. Highly recommend.
Noise level at start was excellent - then some very loud customers arrived, which got a bit much - 6 at a table. But no fault of the restaurant's: some people just seem to like being noisy!
Simply the best in Lambertville. You have to try the duck when it's in the menu. A Manhattan that's made with Buffalo Trace, yes please! The bread is so good you'll want to buy a loaf to take home. I can't say enough about the entire staff, it's just a great all around restaurant.
My son is the Managing Partner at a famous Philadelphia restaurant, and this is the only restaurant that I trust the chef's talent and consistency to take my boy in the restaurant business out for dinner.

We loved the ambience. Service was very good; drinks were well done. Certain entrees were better than others. We enjoyed the dining experience and will go again
Went for NYE Dinner. Everything was great! Food, service, ambience was all perfect. Will be going back.
Wonderful upstairs room, with a quiet area, excellent food and service! Took a walk through other areas and the other rooms were lovely and the bar was lively!
Service was perfect, ambiance unique and beautiful, and the drinks were OUTSTANDING! While the appetizers were excellent, both of us were disappointed in the entrees - vegetables were perfectly cooked but bland and tasteless, and the fish had an excellent flavor but was so overcooked that it was dry and tough. Overall, we'd go again for drinks and appetizers but never again for dinner.
Rack of lamb was outstanding and the gratin potatoes were exceptional. Pork chops are always a favorite and love how the vegetables come crisp and clear with no sauces!!! Bread wonderful as always!
