“We had our small wedding at Andre's this past weekend, and I am still in awe of how fantastic the event was. Tracey is an all-star. From coordinating calls, decorating our table, marrying us, to keeping us on schedule. Andre had our whole group raving about how great the food was. From the appetizers to the cake, we really couldn't have asked for better. On top of it all, the location is STUNNING! The staff helping to serve us were so friendly and pleasant and together they all helped make sure our wedding day was the best day of our life. I can't recommend Andre's enough, and we will certainly be returning for a meal!“

“The chicken was so moist, not dry at all and that sauces were perfect! Food 9/10, atmosphere is 9/10 (only cause its really loud n hard to talk sometimes but really fun)and 9/10 service I would of gave a 10/10 service if it didn't take so long to sing happy birthday but overall really enjoyed myself here. They have a great staff food n vibe. Great for families or date night.“

“Many types of pizza all are very good. My favorites are BBQ chicken, and my other is meat lovers. Service is quick and friendly they always go above and beyond. There is ample seating for the whole family. It's definitely a place to try. My advice is to go there hungry you'll be happy you did.“

“We had a 50 person party yesterday I was pleasantly surprised with the buffet they put out for us and I have to give a HUGE shout out to Matt (I’m pretty sure that was his name. Big smile and his hair in a bun). He was the wait staff taking care of all of us and he killed it! Super pleasant and he worked his butt off to serve us all. “I have had two bridal showers at Portofino in Oak Ridge, and not only did everyone love the food, but Nancy and the entire staff is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help you in any capacity that they can. I highly recommend Portofino either for lunch, dinner or any kind of event you have whether it is big or small. You can't go wrong with Portofino, I can't say enough great things about the staff and restaurant!“

“Gatwyns II is a very good neighborhood restaurant/ bar. The food (Portuguese Mussels and Pizza) are great but the beer choices are very poor. Lack of attention from the bar tender can be too frequent but the table service is strong. Definitely recommended, some areas could use improvement but generally happy with this place.“

“Really good Thai food. We’ve been to Thailand and I rate their food as as good or even better than the best we’ve had in Thailand. And the young owners are so sweet and attentive.( But I hope they get a louder phone so they can hear the incoming phone calls that may be customers wanting to order-they missed 3 or so. They even did not see a customer coming in to order food for her family for takeout. Even though we all tried to get their attention in the kitchen). Minor stuff, of course. “I have been coming to this place now for over three years… Every time I have a guest over I ask them if they want to eat the best burger in town! Especially their signature OMG burger! Oh and their fries are spectacular! Their employees, their service, and everything else about this restaurant is amazing! They also have a delicious signature sauce. “March 2024. We've been coming here for years. Really enjoy the authentic tacos. The fixings bar to add sauce, cilantro, onions, cactus, and so much more, allows you to customize the tacos to your taste. Personally I love Al Pastor and Placeros tacos. Service is friendly. They have staff that speak English, which helps us who speak little Spanish. But either way, their menu is written in English and Spanish.Parking is the only hardship. Have to drive around and find a spot.Parking: Drive around until you find parking, esp. on weekends.“

“I have been a repeat customer of Thai Kitchen in Chester for almost a decade. Service and food have always been exceptional, until recently. Although the service remains exceptional some of my favorite dishes have changed quite a bit. Spice levels have gone up, where I would have ordered a Level 3 or 4, I now have to order a Level 1, noodles are sometimes mushy, sauces are sometimes gelatinous. During my most recent visit, I ordered Pad Kee Maow and could not eat it, noodles had turned to mush. Upon request, my waitress agreed to remove this item from our bill. When the bill arrived, the item was still on the tab. Overall I would recommend Thai Kitchen , however, for a long time repeat customer, I can definitely say the food is not what it used to be.“

“Absolutely love the food at this restaurant! (I drive an hour from my house to go here for takeout and it’s so worth it) friendly staff as well. The mozzarella sticks are AMAZING! love the cheesecake, carrot cake, fried cauliflower, and the avocado rolls. they also have good vegan chocolate treats at the counter as well which are delicious. it’s an amazing alternative food options for those who are vegan or have a dairy allergy like I do! :)“

“Great local diner in Lake Hopatcong. Breakfast is typical diner breakfast fair and doesn’t disappoint. We finally made it to their weekly Thursday night dinner menu and weren’t disappointed. “We had a really fun time at Alice's last night! There's a bar downstairs called The Big Fish Lounge where we started off. Cozy bar and Friday night karaoke was a great way to relax with friends and enjoy some laughs. After we went upstairs to the restaurant for dinner. It was a casual menu and the food was good. I went with the bacon cheeseburger sliders which were tasty. All of us enjoyed our meals. On a Friday night in March, the place was pretty quiet. Friends have told us that it gets pretty packed here in the warmer weather. The setting is beautiful, right on the lake. Fun place!“

Our server for dinner, Devin went over menu, specials and drink specials along with making several personal recommendations. Every recommendation he made was spot on. From the limited time Valentine’s Day drinks to the appetizer to the main courses. He was very knowledgeable about the menu in general and took the time to answer any and all questions. I had the New York strip steak with foie gras add on. Wife had Scottish salmon. We went with the delmonico potatoes and Brussels sprouts for sides. Simple yet sooooooooooooo good. I’d go back again just for the sides. THEY WERE THAT GOOD! My steak was perfect (possibly best I’ve ever had) and my wife loved her salmon. We will for sure be back again. “HIDDEN GEM. We were a party of 4 and came from 45 minutes away. The place is a bit smaller, but that didn’t take away from the amazing experience we all had. The waiter, who has worked there for over 17 years, was exceptional. He was friendly and funny and we all had an excellent time with him. The food was perfect. Everything we ordered came out perfect. It was all hot and it was all very delicious. I would highly recommend the pancakes. We will for sure be back again and again.“

I made a resy for indoors but decided on outdoor patio after we got there b/c weather was good and people were out there. No one was inside lol. “Wow. The Black River Barn has outdone themselves again. What I remember growing up is an older pub feel with ok food, that has changed. It's now the most reasonably priced, delicious, kid and adult friendly food in a good part of Northern NJ. The atmosphere is palpable and full of life. Everyone loves their service, food, and drinks along with the prices. Can't say enough good about a restaurant I once wrote off as an older crowd. If you haven't visited in a while, give it another chance and they WILL impress you.“

“The food is exceptional. I do really love Thai food. I was very impressed with the quality of the food and the dynamic flavor profiles. I had the pad se ew with crispy chicken. The chicken was moist and very flavorful. They use broccolini which is a nice twist.I shared the house salad with my dad. The dressings were divine and there is a variety of fresh veggies in it. He had the drunk noodle which I tasted. It was lovely. Though I personally preferred my dish! Casual atmosphere. Quick service. Great food.“

“me and my boyfriend come here ALL the time. last night for valentine’s day, we made a reservation for 7:30, we knew they’d be pretty busy as a amazing hot spot, especially on a night like valentine’s day. we got our apps and drinks, but as 9:00 approached, we were still waiting for our food. we live about 20 mins from there and were getting kind of tired and decided to ask to have our food packaged to go. being that at that time, they were still extremely busy, nevermind the overflow of take out orders, the staff was absolutely incredible. we could see them rushing around, but making sure to attend each table! their hard work did not go unnoticed!!!!! we felt bad about having changed our order to go, if we had made our reservation for earlier, we definitely would’ve sat and stayed. a HUGE THANK YOU TO THE AMAZING STAFF AND KITCHEN!!!!! they packed our food to go, and 2 kitchen staff came and apologized for it taking so long, we which SO understood, and didn’t want them to feel bad at all!! when we got home, we had noticed that free of charge, they gave us another round of the appetizers we ordered, FOR FREE, and also threw in a free order of shrimp dumplings that we did not order!!! i didn’t want their kind actions to go unnoticed. we thank you so much for your kindness, and can’t wait to come back again soon!!!! this place is just the best!!! never disappointed!“

Nolvia and JP are always very helpful and attentive and several times Nolvia has gotten out of her way to bring me food to my house when I have been sick even if it’s 15 min away from Dover!Try the cena hondureña, pollo con tajadas and baleada and of course their chicken soup!
