“We ventured to this little hole in the wall restaurant one night in search of tacos, and boy did we hit the jackpot! At first glance the place is tiny, but with some outdoor and indoor seating. We chose to do takeout and get our tacos to go. We ordered the chicken, steak, and carne enchilada tacos. Each taco comes in a soft corn tortilla with cilantro, onions, and side of green salsa. The steak and carne enchilada (marinated beef) are by far the best and beat the other tacos out of the water! Everythint from the sauce to the onion and cilantro was absolutely delicious! We also decided to order the horchata and we were both pleasantly surprised. The horchata was so good! This place has now become my go-to place for take out tacos. Last time we tried the chicken quesadilla and were not disappointed! I can't wait to go back again and look forward to my next taco craving!“
“My wife and I had a wonderful experience eating at the Mexican Mariachi Grill located in Hamilton Township. We enjoyed having the best Mexican food in the area under a pleasant atmosphere, affordable prices and excellent service. By the way, we also tried the one located at TCNJ Campus in Ewing, and the results were gratifying.“
“Absolutely delicious food!!! My favorite was the fish taco and the beef empanada. The flan was creamy and with the perfect baked caramel flavor. Horchata was super delicious and quite the surprise. The service was formidable, with attention to detail and very interested in our satisfaction. Our new Mexican restaurant for sure!!“
“This little Mexican grill is nestled in the corner of a small strip mall. The paintings of historic Mexico and beautiful agave farms blanket the wall. Service was great and the food was perfect and authentic. . Great flavor. Great atmosphere. Get employees. You just have to try yourself!“
“6 years ago when they opened this place was good. now they don't give you any meat and charge you twice as much. i don't know if it is the same owner but I would be surprised if it is. just lots of rice in a burrito. barely any meat. cost way too much for what it you get.“
“2nd Visit: Food arrived quickly and hot, and all tasted great. Our server Lakinda was there exactly when we needed her. Our daughter had a little accident, but Lakinda didn't even flinch and came by and cleaned it up. Amazing server. Hope to get her again when we stop by.1st Visit: Food arrived hot and fresh. Great experience with the wait staff. Fish in the fist tacos was a little dry, but still tasty. The Guadalajara steak fajitas were cooked and seasoned really well. The sangria was a little sweet, but still tasty. Will be back with my family. Prices are good.“
“First off the food was fresh delicious and made to order. The customer service that the ladies displayed made me feel like I had entered their home for dinner. We love to support small minority businesses and we are so glad we tried Que Rico (an authentic Guatemalan restaurant) we will definitely return to try more menu items! You don't have to have a million followers on tik tok to produce/serve great food...good customer service, word of mouth and good reviews will carry you beyond the hype of tiktok!“
“This was a nice find for us while searching for a place to eat. Just 15 mins. from Trenton. When you walk in, the colorfully themed chairs and tables take you away to a little Mexico. The service was very good. The food was excellent! We went for lunch and their lunch specials were priced right. I had the enchilada and hubby had the chili relleno. Then we shared an Al Pastor tacos. The dessert was the sopapilla with ice cream. Highly recommend this place.“
“My go to place! Elijah at the Princeton Market fair location by the AMC Movie Theater is fantastic! He knows and remembers me, my usual order and makes it right. Hope your give him a raise!Vegetarian options: Am vegan, not vegetarian but you can order vegan and vegetarian easy!“
“Grabbed lunch from here today and enjoyed my food. First, the restaurant is cash only but there's a nearby ATM if you need to use it. I ordered one of the specials that used skirt steak (sorry, my Spanish is pretty much nonexistent so I forget the exact name) and it was prepared in ~10 minutes or so. I could tell it was fresh, so no complaints there! I took my food to go, and I have to admit that it was pretty challenging to cut up my steak with the provided plastic knife and fork. Granted, I'm not really sure what the solution is - it's not like they're going to give out a quality knife and fork for a take-out order. The steak was definitely tasty and tender for skirt steak, and the sides (rice, black beans, and pasta salad with a jalapeño on top) were all high quality as well. Finally, they offered some side tortillas which were decent but didn't blow me away. The whole meal was only $10, which is extremely reasonable for Princeton. Overall, I was really happy with my experience at Chapin. All of the food was good (with the exception of the side tortillas, which were only decent). I do think that the restaurant could offer a little more information on the ingredients of the specials (I had to use Google!), but I guess I could have just asked the reasonably friendly staff and he would have answered my questions :) But it's nice to just be able to read it off a menu. Anyway, I can definitely see myself coming back!“
“Best shrimp enchiladas around. Guacamole was also very smooth and tasty. Flan was a perfect finisher. This place is in the middle of small town Hopewell so parking is on the street. Owner was on site preparing and serving and smiling. Seating was comfortable but on this chilly winter day with the side door opening regularly it was a bit chilly inside. Thankfully the hot seasoning (you can order your sauce mild medium or hot)was just right to keep my insides warm. Serving size was large enough to bring half home. Price was right. Definately a place to return to.“
“Burritos always make my chicken quesadilla just how I like it. Their tomatillo sauce is also the best I've ever had! And their tres leches cake is worth every calorie. The staff are always so sweet and kind, and I love coming in to get my Mexican cravings “
“I absolutely love Tacoria as a chain and the Princeton location is always the best. They do get crowded for dine in - between prepared to snag a table. The salad with the pollo asada (grilled chicken marinated in habanero sauce) is delicious. The pineapple dressing I could drink by the gallon. The agua Fresca drinks are flavorful and yummy. Love the self serve hot sauce bar. The pico and chips are delicious.“
“Shockingly good food and very authentic. The grilled meats are great. The macaroni salad served with some of the meals was unexpected but welcome. Ordering can be difficult due to language issues and because they were very busy. However, they were helpful and patient. Overall, glad I stopped here while in town.“
“First off, the tacos al pastor are phenomenal! They have big chunks of well seasoned pork and a green sauce so delicious it'll make you upset you didn't come in sooner (I've gotten an order everytime i've gone). The empenadas and papusas deserve a shout out too. They have a steam table with tons of hot food and I'm on a quest to try it all, and so far everything has been delicious! There is no seating, but the service is fast and friendly, always with a smile. The gentleman behind the counter took the time to explain what the dishes at the hot bar were to me, which I appreciated. Overall, this place is a hidden gem worth giving a shot!“
“This is a solid option for tacos and empanadas.I got the chicken tacos. Something that really stood out is that the tortillas are handmade. I know this because the thickness varied a bit from taco to taco. I really loved that. They are sturdy enough to stand up to a packed taco and clearly made with love.I liked the salsas, though the Rojo was a little flat. When I paired the Verde and Rojo, it was magic.I would suggest chopping the chicken a little smaller and increasing the seasoning.Overall, I would go back. The prices and service were outstanding. It's clear they appreciate your business and want you to come back.“
“I really enjoyed this restaurant. The staff was friendly and helped find us vegetarian dishes. Food came out quick and was really good. Portion sizes were great for the price. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and service at a reasonable price.Vegetarian options: If you are vegetarian, there are definitely options to choose from. The staff is also very accommodating and can replace meat with veggies for any dish.“
“I catered a lunch for 25 people with Bubbakoo’s in Morrisville. From start to finish the service was incredible, top notch communication and everyone loved the food. I’ll definitely be returning both personally and for business catering.“
“Very cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It was unanimous by all 4 in my party that the guacamole tasted like egg salad! However, the waitress stated there wasn't egg in it. Otherwise, the California burritos, enchiladas and tacos were all good portion, tasty and reasonably priced. The service was very accommodating and friendly. I would return when in the area again!“
“Went for dinner. As we drove past my little cousin saw the sign and said it must be good, there are tacos on the sign. And well, it was actually pretty good. Their chips came out with refried black beans and cojita cheese on them. The salsa was hot, but nice flavor as was the pickled onion and habanero slaw that also came with the chips. My, sorry for the spelling, haurrache tasted freshly fried/cooked ... not sure how prepared. But it was light and delicious alone. I got cactus and chorizo... so good. The little really liked his beef burrito.Would go back next time I am kid sitting and they want Mexican.“
“Been coming to this place over 5 years. The food is amazing, good. This time the breakfast was okay the steak was too overcooked and the maduros you can tell they were cooked in old oil. Despite the other plates always taste amazing. It's a typical Latino busy ambiance. The service was quick and the server was nice and polite.“
“Great place & great service. Friendly people waiting on you.Dietary restrictions: They are VERY careful in preparing my wife's food as she is very allergic to cheese & dairy. All you need to do is ask them to be careful & they do a great job keeping her safe.“
“I've Known this restaurant for over 10 years. if youre curious about authentic foods and about giving your palate a different cuisine to taste, you will definitely find all that and much more at Frankyes. the food always hits the spot and feels just like it was home made, nothing tastes like it has been frozen. the bar section is spacious and clean. drinks, cocktails, daily specials are always on display. staff service and management are always prompt and welcoming. The Recent Renovations to the place makes it more family oriented and comfortable to dine in and open to host and entertain special events, private gatherings or parties.“
“Spur of the moment decision to have breakfast out on a cold rainy morning. The place we wanted to go to was closed so we opted for here. Did not disappoint!! Our Huevos Rancheros served on one fried tortilla (instead of a bowl full of tortilla chips) was just amazing and the accompanying grilled steak was mouth watering. A definite return (this was my first time here).“
“Adopting the identity of a sports bar and restaurant, Chapala II is still basically a two room suite, with beer and tequila in front and dining room in back next to the kitchen. It is a casual space with minimal decor aside from the HDTV high on the wall doing a Spanish version of sports television. When I walked in Friday afternoon for a late lunch, the main door was wide open, but there was no one inside. Still, the tube was showing an American football game with low volume commentary. Stepping over to the kitchen, there were two women getting ready to prepare something and I inquired whether I was in time for almuerzo. I was, indeed. One of the ladies pointed to a table and brought a menu for consideration. She explained that this was a Guatemaltecan casa and that she was the chef. I was talking to the right person. I didn't want a big meal, saw the quesadillas listed and requested them con pollo and horchata. She seemed pleased with my choice. Moments later the other woman delivered chips and salsa. Nothing special there. The quesadilla on the other hand was quite good. It was loaded with chopped chicken, cheese, pepper and onion and served seconds after taken out of the hot steel. The tortilla was crisp, with the runny cheese grilled firm from contact with the pan. The innards were a delicious gooey mess. It was so thick that it was almost quesadilla pie! About the best I've tasted. I should have stopped half way through, it was so filling, but I did not think that reheating would capture how great it was the first time. So, I skipped dinner and walked farther last night. The horchata came in a large mug used for draft beer. It was cool, semi-sweet with a hint of cinnamon and perfect as a washdown for the spicy main dish. Chapala Sports Bar & Resto is another fine, laid back Central American kitchen and bar in the heart of Jersey's capital city.“
“The Tacos and the portion was great! I'm really satisfied with flavor, size and price. ?But the service is bad, no courtesy or human interaction is minimum so if you have questions about the menu you'll have to pretty much find out on your own. It's a Mexican food restaurant and music playing is reggaeton, so it really doesn't go together and my order was a take out and didn't get a fork or napkins ?. I hate the ordering system.I'm rating the food only a 5 stars but everything else a 0 for me.I'll be back to order if I'm alone or to go but if I'm going out with my family or with someone else thinking about having a good time I won't come here.Mr or Mrs Owner:Please take this as a constructive review and have at least some one that could smile or talk at the counter and check out the music selection!“
“I’ve been to this location a couple of times (I live roughly 1 hour away so can only come in when I have a work appointment in the area.) This location, without a doubt, has the best food of any Moes I’ve ever had. Thank you to the staff for making sure that the food quality is top tier!“
