The chicken, in the chicken parm is so light, and so is the breading, and not greasy. I guess part of the trick is that Danny pounds the chicken :-). The sauce, Forget about it. Slap yourself in the face fresh mozzarella, all on some old school real Italian bread, how ya been! One of a few places left around where you can get that quality of food at reasonable prices.
